Sales experperience via Ted Kaufman was great, easy, no pressure...even let us go on test drive alone (without salesperson). So we're left to guess what was actually included in the sale and what we actually paid for, e.g., leather seats, mud guards, external decal, etc. Even if the window sheet was included with the car's delivery, and we misplaced it, lost it, etc., I would think the dealer would be able to re-produce exactly what they added to the car, and the retail price of the add-ons. More

I enjoy getting a new vehicle, but have always hated the process. Some people enjoy the back and forth banter, but that takes the joy out of the event for me. Next we sat down while our trade in was assessed and Breakaway came back with a reasonable offer. The only thing we discussed was running boards and we quickly agreed on a price for them. Papers were signed while the vehicle was cleaned and we drove home. It was just a straight forward deal and I appreciate it. This was our second purchase from Breakaway Honda. More

Doug and my husband (Gabe Avila) worked very fast to narrow down the choices. He did not waste our time but gave us 2 alternative deals to work with. We got a better interest rate and I ended up getting the Fit Sport model instead of the base model while still being within my budget. David never made any false promises.
