We were very impressed with the staff at Breakaway Honda.We were greeted by Mr. Hernandez immediately upon arrival and on a test drive of an Accord within minutes. We liked the car a lot and Marco guided us through the buying process easily answering all our questions and was able to offer a very good price for the car and more than I expected for our 1999 Saturn trade in. We were offered and we accepted the maintenance at Breakaway by another nice person on the staff( cannot remember his name ) assiting with the paperwork and payment. I also took advantage of the courtesy inspection by a very knowledgeable service technician and got a free car vac which I appreciate ! Overall , a very positive car buying experience ! Kudos to Marco Hernandez and the rest of the staff at Breakaway Honda!! I anticipate many years of trouble free driving consistent with the reputation of the Honda car company !!! More

I initiated my vehicle purchase online through Breakaway's online sales department. Christine Brunt was very friendly and knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. While the paperwork was being processed, Christine gave us a tour of the service department and introduced us to those in the service staff. The facility was extremely nice and the staff was attentive and friendly, despite the ice storm taking place outside. This is my first Honda. Breakaway and Christine Brunt have thus far turned me into a loyal Honda customer. More
Marco consistently demonstrated an attentive (but not pushy) sales approach with us. He was enthusiastic about the truck we were looking at (2010 Pilot) and knew about not only his product but competing pushy) sales approach with us. He did not go with us on test drives or tell us where to go on the test drive. He allowed us plenty of time to get comfortable with the Pilot. Once we were ready to talk about price the negotiations were simple and straightforward. I asked for the USAA internet price, and even though Breakaway isn't an official USAA dealer, my price was accepted. The other charges were explained to us clearly and Marco even helped me clean my stuff out of my old truck when we traded it in. Our trade in price was fair; two other dealers had priced it and neither did better than Breakaway. More

I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic, Coupe this past saturday, and I wanted to write to give high marks for customer service. Everyone was very friendly and gave me the time I needed to go over all the details of the car and the purchase. The price was a better deal than I was offered at another dealership in the area. I did not feel pressured at anytime and my salesperson, Brent, was knowledgeable and very personable. The time spent at the dealership was informative and the end result was that I bought the car. Jack in the business office, spent the time reviewing the financing options, and did not try to push any of the extra options on me. Over all the experience was a very enjoyable one, and I would recommend this Honda dealership, and sales team to anyone. More
David was very helpful with helping me buy a car. I was interested in buying a Fit and David let both my girlfriend and me test drive it. He showed us all the features and gave us his honest opionion of the car. The reality of it, I thought the car was a little weak taking on hills, very basic, and just not my style. Dave helped me realize that originally what I wanted was a classic sedan. He let us look at Civics, which to me, is a car that has proved itself since I can even remember wanting to drive. When it got time to negotiate, I really didn't even have to. He gave me the price I was looking for. He pointed us to the break room and free massage lady while waiting to be approved. It took a minute and their was an error in the paperwork on my end, but he was patient, and finally that evening I was driving home in my new car. It was a good experience. I didn't have to sell my soul to get the car and I felt Dave realized where I am coming from at this point in my life. I love my Honda and I thank Dave for making it possible. More
My neighbor insisted we come there, so I decided to give it a shot. As it turned out we were supposed to go to Dick Brooks. I was told you would have hidden fees and it would be a lot more than you quoted. I was told you would never have an incentive on the fit. None of the things were true, and the only person that guy hurt was his own chances to sell a car. Christine was wonderful, and has attention to detail. I wish I could remember the finance officers name. He was very professional. I believe he could have gotten me a better rate, as today I went to State Farm and was offered to refinance for over a percent less, but may not come out better now due to finance charges. We dealt with Christine over the internet first, and she was very helpful and followed up with answers to the questions and let us know what you had and that she could get whatever we wanted. Your Service person already called to introduce himself and check to be sure there were no problems. More
