Our first encounter with a salesman at Breakaway was with Mark Smith who was helpful, cheerful, knowlegable and low pressure. On our return trip to the Breakaway dealership, Mark was closing with another customer, but he immediately got Brent Mackie to work with us. Brent was also knowlegable, friendly, and low pressure. When we had selected a CR-V, we felt a little awkward because we had dealt with two salesmen, but both assured us that they do that all the time and not to be concerned about who gets credit for the sale - they do that all the time and their first concern is that the customer gets great help with a minumum of waiting. They are a sales team - not competitors. We could not have had a better shopping experience - both salesmen were great! More

The only thing I would suggest improvement on is too much time was spent with the Finance department offering us a package for routine service charges and tire replacement for an additional charge, along with Scotch guard for the interior and exterior. After being at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours and supper time had long passed, we were ready to sign the papers and drive our new car home. More
