A few weeks ago we were pulling in and out of every car lot we saw. We met Will while driving around looking for a used SUV. We looked at a couple other cars in our price range at other dealerships, but every time we asked questions or had concerns WIll Durham and his team at Breakaway put our worries at ease. We could have gone elsewhere, but no one provided the level of customer service that Breakaway did. We had a couple issues with the maintenance of the car, and the service department fixed them all! They worked with us on the price, and we never felt uncomfortable. They made the hassle of buying a car very easy and enjoyable. Her knowledge of the Honda line and sales professionalism was first rate and the care my Civic received over the past year in Breakaway's service department was nothing less than excellent. So when I decided to upgrade my Civic to an Accord, the choice was simple. I set an appointment to meet again with Christine this past Saturday and, as before, she discussed with me what I wanted in an Accord.
