I ended up getting my car through USAA car buying service (hence why Price is N/A b/c my price was through USAA, which is awesome by the way) and their selected dealer for this was Breakaway Honda. Apparentl (hence why Price is N/A b/c my price was through USAA, which is awesome by the way) and their selected dealer for this was Breakaway Honda. Apparently USAA likes them a lot b/c there are 2 Honda dealers closer to me but USAA choose Breakaway for their/my dealer (USAA is a QUALITY service too, they’ll make you so happy) Geno Williams was guy they put in charge of finding my car, and wow, what a great job he did. I had talked to another Honda dealer about the car I wanted, and they told me I'd have to go with another color, or go with a coupe instead of a sedan, that the car I wanted simply wasn't available in this region. Well, I talked to Geno, and though at first he told me not to get my hopes up HE FOUND ME MY CAR!!! Here's what he was up against: -I wanted a 2008 Civic, but 2009s had started production so it was "leftovers", no more rolling out -I wanted a manual, but most cars produced are automatic (I blame you city folk) -I wanted the atomic blue color, but more unique colors like that are hard to find -I wanted an EX, b/c, damnit if I was going to get a brand new car, I want the bells and whistles (i.e. moonroof) He searched the 4 surrounding states and found it over 200 mi. away! But HE FOUND IT!!! And better yet, he had it there and polished the next day for me. I love my new car, thank you GENO!!! More
We had to wait almost 2 months for our Civic Hybrid to be built in Japan. I was a pest. I probably called them every other day to check on the status, but if David Hagan ever grew tired of me, I never knew built in Japan. I was a pest. We were told up front that the car was on order and knew it was going to take awhile. But Breakaway Honda was awesome. We live in Atlanta but if I am ever in the market for another car, I will consider them first. It was worth the drive for the service, price and plain old-fashioned courtesy. Way to go guys! More
We purchased our 2008 Honda Accord from Darryl Crockett. Mr. Crockett was very helpful and friendly throughtout the process (starting Thursday afternoon and completing Friday evening). Neither Mr. Crockett or anyone else made us feel pressured when we left Thursday evening even though we had not commited to the purchase at that time. When it was time to take care of things with the Finance Manager; Jack Schading was also wonderful to work with. He was very professional and efficient without making us feel uncomfortable in the least. We had visited Breakaway a couple years back to possibly buy a new car. The circumstances at that time were not such that we were able to make the purchase. However, we were treated with respect and dignity. Our time was not wasted and when we left we were not insulted - on the contrary we were convinced that when the time was right, this would be the dealership we would buy from. My husband and I have both purchased several vehicles previously and this has been by far the best car buying experience either of us has ever had. Although I had not owned a Honda before, my husband had and was very pleased with the cars performance and how well it held it's value. We expect nothing less with our new Accord. We would definately recommend this dealership for a person's car buying needs. More
While enroute from our home in Atlanta to our daughter's home in North Carolina, the transmission in our faithful '98 Honda died as my wife was driving through Greenville. It was just about 5:00 pm. I dealt with Christine Brunt over the Internet several times looking for a Honda Ridgeline and received a better price than I had previously gotten from a dealer closer to my home. It was worth the 60 mil times looking for a Honda Ridgeline and received a better price than I had previously gotten from a dealer closer to my home. It was worth the 60 mile drive to purchase my new Honda Ridgeline truck as Christine was pleasant to deal with and stuck with me as I struggled with the various accessories I wanted to add. She and Jack Schading who handled the remaining paperwork regarding warranties, etc., were both professional and courteous and did not try to exert pressure to make quick decisions involving my purchase. Overall, my experience was very positive and I would recommend this dealership to others. More

We visited Breakaway Honda following visits to other area dealers to look at a small SUV with good gas mileage. Our salesperson, Doug McAfee, met with us and demonstrated the CRV, its options and gave us in dealers to look at a small SUV with good gas mileage. The dealership made us an excellent offer and we purchased the vehicle that day. The closing was very well organized and the customer service was outstanding. We felt like we were a guest in a friends home. The staff from the receptionist to each and every salesperson the the business/finance manager were very cordial and friendly. We found them to be very accomodating as we were paying cash and awaiting the electronic transfer of funds from our out of state bank to be received. Although the dealer said we could take the vehicle home that day, we elected to wait until the funds were received in our local bank prior to picking the vehicle up later. We picked up the vehicle 2 days later and it was ready and waiting for us. It had been cleaned thoroughly, all paperwork was ready and awaiting us. This was the most pain free vehicle purchase that we have ever made in over 40 years. More
