I just got back on track with my credit by working hard to pay off debt and keep payments current. I brought my credit up 180 points in the last 2 years. Ok, I finally get up the nerve to search for cars. I start out on the motor mile trying different cars. I complete the credit app for the car and everything. For some strange reason I didn't drive that car off the lot!!!! I'd scheduled to finalize everything the next day. So I decide to take a peek at breakaway honda after hours. I search the pre-owned section and liked what I saw. I decided to return that next morning. To make a long day and a half short. I found my car, it was new, affordable, and I purchased my car at breakaway honda. I didn't expect to receive the lowest rate, but it was fair, and they negotiated well. Rick Haines was very friendly, funny and patient. I didn't realize I spend 3 hours with him until I returned home in my new Honda Coupe !!!! They even gave me more for my trade-in! It was wonderful, I'm happy, and will be back again again for my next purchases!!! More

I have been planning to purchase a vehicle for about four months now. I've look at and test driven several different vehicles. One of the vehicles that I was considering was the Honda CR-V. My friend and Breakaway were exceptionally nice and so very easy to work with. The paper work was done in a short period of time and I was on the road with my new car. I had not planned on purchasing a new CRV, but when my current CRV was in a minor accident, my husband was rather incident we get a new one (instead of repairing the old one). Anyway, Breakaway was much more than accomodating in giving us top dollar for our trade-in, as well as the extras I wanted on my new CRV, for a decent price....they even gave us 3 years free service and a lifetime powertrain warranty (which I understand is a Breakaway perk, not Honda itself). They were very easy to deal with(especially our salesperson, Perry) and we didn't feel pressured at all. This is the 2nd Honda I've purchased from Breakaway and if the occasion arises again, we will more than likely buy from them again. More

Breakaway may physically look nice, but ethically, they are filthy. First, they sold us an extended warranty that mysteriously covers nothing that ever breaks. They said that the motor was burned out, the mounts were broken, the sensors were shot, and that it would be $870 to fix it. Then they charged me $90 for the diagnostic. The motor was obviously not burned out, so I took it elsewhere for a diagnostic. The closing sensor was cleaned. For free. Breakaway is the same place where I heard a salesman bragging about how badly he had taken a customer. More
