I purchased a 2024 4-runner from Fred Anderson Chevrolet in June, 2025. I purchased a Car Care Service Plan that is only honored at a Fred Anderson Toyota dealership. Over the past 3 days I have attempted in June, 2025. I purchased a Car Care Service Plan that is only honored at a Fred Anderson Toyota dealership. Over the past 3 days I have attempted to reach the finance department to cancel this as I am moving to Idaho and there is no Fred Anderson Toyota there. I even called the Warranty Service that services this contract. She said I needed to call the selling dealership and speak to finance. I am so frustrated with this company. I warn you, do not buy from them as that is the last time you will talk to a person. I highly recommend you find a reputable dealership that values their customers. Fred Anderson Chevrolet is not that dealership. More
