Where Bradshaw stands out is they provide a great place to wait on your car while it's being worked on or if you need a loaner they will take care of you. Oh also great touch to get your car cleaned after it's been in the shop a few days! I didn't feel like the next car in line getting pushed out the door. More

They never conviently find something else wrong like most places. I never have to worry about getting taken to the cleaners. I appreciate that. In fact, the last time I was in, I needed a new Catalytic converter. Thankfully it was still under warranty! Never would have thought that with my MDX being 7 years old. More

Great In and Out Service We had recently purchased an Acura and were there to pick up and have All-Season Mats installed, as well as have another key made. Jennifer Rios did a great job having all of the details sorted out and lined up so that we didn't have to spend unnecessary time just sitting around. She even suggested the complimentary car wash, which we took full advantage of. Our experience thus far with Bradshaw Acura has been great, from the test drive to the actual sale to the financing to the service department! We have yet to feel that we were a "bother" to anyone at the Bradshaw dealership, unlike other dealerships with which we have dealt in the past. Keep up the good works, guys, because you are definitely the best Acura dealership in SC. More

I always ask for Doug Holliday when I call in to schedule service on my 2004 Acura RL. Doug is an excellent service advisor and always provides outstanding customer service. I bought my Acura new in 2004 from Bradshaw's Evan Lindsey, who I think is the Best! I have always been very impressed with Bradshaw Acura's service department, they are First Class. I even take my wife's 2010 Honda Accord to Bradshaw Acura instead of Breakaway Honda because they are not as customer friendly and accommodating. I did not like dealing with them the one or two times I tried to take her Honda in for service, so I took it to Acura instead and have taken it there regularly ever since. More

I HAD EXTENSIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE ON MY 2011 SH-AWD MDX I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 20 YEARS. MY WIFE AND I OWN 3 ACURAS, ALL SERVICED AT BRADSHAW ACURA. THE REASON THAT THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT IS BECAU I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 20 YEARS. MY WIFE AND I OWN 3 ACURAS, ALL SERVICED AT BRADSHAW ACURA. THE REASON THAT THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT IS BECAUSE OF THE TOTAL EXPERIENCE. (1) MY SERVICE ADVISER, JENNIFER RIOS, IS VERY CUSTOMER CENTRIC, FROM THE TIME YOU CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT, TO ACCURATELY WRITING UP MY SERVICE NEEDS (INCLUDING ALL THE SMALL SPECIAL THINGS THAT I WANT SUCH USING MY OWN MOBIL 1 OIL, POLISH, WAX AND TIRE SHINE). I NEVER HEAR SOMETHING LIKE "OH, THAT COULDN'T HAPPEN". SHE ALSO KEEPS AN ACCURATE RECORD OF MY SERVICE HISTORY, SO SHE CAN RECOMMEND SERVICE THAT I MIGHT NEED. (2) THEIR SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARE ALSO EXCELLENT - I GO IN AND TALK TO MY TECHNICIAN AND HAVE HIM SHOW ME THINGS HE HAS FOUND OR THINGS HE HAS DONE. THEY SELDOM OVERLOOK ANYTHING OR NOT REPAIR THE PROBLEM. IF THEY CANNOT REPRODUCE A PROBLEM I HAVE REPORTED, THEN THEY WILL SHOW ME HOW THEY ANALYZED THE PROBLEM. (3) THEIR DETAIL SHOP DOES A GREAT JOB - FOR EVERY SERVICE VISIT, THEY ALWAYS WASH AND VACUUM MY CAR. THEY ALSO DO COMPLETE DETAILING AS YOU WANT IT DONE, USING MY PRODUCTS THAT I SUPPLY. (4) IF YOU SCHEDULE SERVICE WHEN A LOANER CAR IS AVAILABLE, THEN YOU CAN BE GUARANTEED TO HAVE IT WAITING WHEN YOU DROP YOUR CAR OFF.
