Colton took the liberty of pre-scheculing my appointment so they could order the part immediately. That made my wait for the part much shorter, and gave me flexibility in scheduling when the work could get done. Getting service like this really motivates me to continue owning Acuras, that's for sure. More

Great Service I had my TL serviced here recently. I suspected the issue was due to a part that had been fixed under a previous recall. Once they realized the part i needed was indeed defected. They got on the phone right away to order it. They set up me a loaner car and I was in and out in under an hour. Even though my car is older (2004) they treated me with respect and made me feel like i was the owner of a newly purchased car. They will definitely receive my business again. As far as my car.....it has never run better! More

Fixed their mistake with no charge, but never apologized for the mistake. Not to mention I had to sit there for an hour and a half!! More

Come from Richmond Hill GA to have Bradshaw service our MDX With kids still in GSP, we try and schedule our routine maintenance with Bradshaw Acura. Doug Halliday and the service team are great to work with. With kids still in GSP, we try and schedule our routine maintenance with Bradshaw Acura. Doug Halliday and the service team are great to work with. We did have a problem with the 6th March service. Unfortunately during the test drive the technician did not notice a sizeable noise generated in the right front of the car. The 120K service was completed within estimate, but as I started driving the car Friday night, something was wrong? I talked with Cory on Saturday and there was no front end specialists available, so we scheduled the wife to drop off the car early Monday and get a loaner. Doug Halliday was again outstanding. Upon inspection the engine mounts needed lubrication. The vehicle is now back to great performance and more importantly there were no additional charges. Way to handle an unfortunate situation. Thanks Bradshaw service. More

B1 Service and an emission issue, Bradshaw Acura Service performed a B1 standard service on my 2011 MDX and they determined an earlier alarm that I had received was a loose gas cap. All of the work was done professionally, and timely. Doug Holliday made the appointment for me and arranged for the mechanic to do the work. The mechanic was Bobby and after the work answered all my concerns extremely well. This is a great place to buy and have your vehicle taken care of.. While there I took advantage to the amenities in the customer lounge. I ate a great and large cookie and had some excellent coffee out of the pot. There were hot and cold cereals available, along with donuts, pastries and fruits and numerous coffee and tea options.. Everything looked fresh and what I got tasted well. More
