I Love My 2013 RDX and Bradshaw Acura After many years of driving Honda Accords (Breakaway), my relationship with Bradshaw Acura started with my purchase of a new 2007 Acura TL - loved tha After many years of driving Honda Accords (Breakaway), my relationship with Bradshaw Acura started with my purchase of a new 2007 Acura TL - loved that car! After 5 years I was ready for something different so I went back to Evan Lindsay and got the 2013 RDX, which for my purposes, is just as perfect (actually I considered it in 2013, but I didn't like the antenna on the roof).. I always go to Bradshaw for service and everyone there is always so courteous, helpful and accommodating. I doubt I would ever go to any other dealership. More
Right on Time!! I love the ease of scheduling and the professionalism at Bradshaw Acura. When they tell me service will be done in an hour and a half, it's accurate. My service was conducted as indicated before I committed and on schedule. Because this service required all day, I was given a loaner car…….another really nice perk. I was updated when one additional item needed attention during the service which I approved. The car was ready when promised and the predicted cost was accurate. I must say all of the service staff are delightful and very eager to help. Thank you again to the service staff and another great experience. More
Excellent customer service! We took our older model MDX in in response to a recall notice. This dealership went out of thier way to make certain we were taken care of, in spite o We took our older model MDX in in response to a recall notice. This dealership went out of thier way to make certain we were taken care of, in spite of the fact the parts needed for the recall repair were not available. They put us in an all expense paid rental car and later into a brand new MDX loaner until the parts were available and the service work was completed. They performed the regular maintenance and other service while they had it, and once it was returned to us, we were assured the entire car was evaluated and in great shape for many more miles. The charges were reasonable and they never, at any time put any preasure on us to buy a new car or trade up. All thier efforts were directed at thorough care and inspection of our vehicle and returning it to us in great shape. Kudos to the entire service and customer care team at Bradshaw Acura! Thank you for taking care of my 2014 Acura TSX. I have 16,000 miles on it and only 2 oil changes. For my last visit, the service department offered to give m for taking care of my 2014 Acura TSX. I have 16,000 miles on it and only 2 oil changes. For my last visit, the service department offered to give me a ride into work. When I came to pick it up, the car had been hand washed!
