Given the type of maintenance that has been required over the past year, we probably could have gone to a local mechanic to get the jobs done. However, we have such confidence with Bradshaw service that we wouldn't go elsewhere. They are always prepared for our visit, and are courteous as well a professional while dealing with us. About half of the 255 were customer service representatives interacting daily with our customers. I had many excellent team members but none any better than Jennifer Rios at Bradshaw Acura. She is very attentive, understands the mechanical details and explains exactly what was done to the car. We have 2 Acuras and plan on buying another one later this year.
