The problem was the "Blue Tooth Module" The battery would 'die' after 2 to 3 days. My 2006 TL was delivered to the service department to troubleshoot the reason for the battery issue. Afte The battery would 'die' after 2 to 3 days. My 2006 TL was delivered to the service department to troubleshoot the reason for the battery issue. After an hour it was determine that the Blue Tooth module failed to shutdown when the car shutdown. The BT module continued to remain active and pulled the battery down. At a cost of over $300 to replace the module, I just asked them to disconnect the module. It's been over 3 days now and the battery remains strong. The cost of troubleshooting this issue was $90. As far as this BT module, I wonder if this is a common failure for this year TL. I'll have to look into this failure. More

I picked a rep and that is the person who welcomed me. Pete was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The process to get a loaner car while my work was done was fast and easy too. All the work needed was explained and I did not feel pressure to complete work that could wait. Pete walked me to the cashier when I picked up the car and walked me through the charges. Great first impression and I will be back for all future needs. More

The service writer I worked with last week with was Colton. He is always friendly and helpful. Since they were going to have my car all day, he made sure I had a loaner for the day and called me as soon as my car was ready. In the past, I've tried having my car serviced elsewhere and left feeling as if they tried to get over on me/charging for things I did not need. I have never had that experience with Bradshaw Acura Service. More
