Great Service Department I've been taking my 06 TL to Bradshaw since I bought it (new in 2005) and they have kept it running like a top. With almost 150,000 miles on it, it I've been taking my 06 TL to Bradshaw since I bought it (new in 2005) and they have kept it running like a top. With almost 150,000 miles on it, it still runs as great as the day I bought it and that is because of the great work that the service department at Bradshaw performs. Prices are fair and the service is always performed quickly and correctly the first time. Always great to get that free car wash too :^) More

Great Visit Bradshaw Acura has been servicing my vehicles since 2009. Except for one visit by my wife, they have always given great service. Once they were alerted to that less-than-stellar situation with my wife, they did all they could to correct the issues experienced there. To me, that is the sign of a good dealership. As is the case with all things in life, you never improve if you only focus on the things you already do well. Bradshaw is concerned about the things they may not be doing well. They go out of their way to make the service experience as positive and easy as they can. This latest visit was one of my best yet. I've always worked with Jennifer in the past who is now at one of the other dealerships in the family. Pete took up right where Jennifer left off and did an excellent job!!!! I highly recommend you look him up next time you are in. The drop off was quick in the morning but the pick up was even quicker that afternoon. I don't know that I've ever experienced that before. Great job guys!!! More
