Cory Pritchett has most often been the person that has assisted me in the visits. I have only praise for him. This last visit was to replace a broken cover on one of the rear seat levers. Cory called to let us know the part had come into the parts department. It was two weeks before I could get to the service center for the repair, and upon my arrival, learned that the parts department had returned the part without any contact or notice to Cory or to me. I travel an hour to your dealership and an hour back whenever I come. Only two weeks had passed before I was able to get there for what was probably no more than a ten minute fix. Needless to say, I was not happy to have made a wasted trip, nor happy to have to make another 2 hr trip that should not have been necessary. Cory was most apologetic for the inconvenience. I certainly do not hold him responsible for the poor handling and communication by the parts department. Maybe the parts department could communicate with the service dept or the customer in a better fashion. Two weeks really wasn't that long a time for such a small part to occupy space, I would think. We love our Acura's...have owned three, two of which we have purchased from your dealership. We appreciate Cory in the service department. We do hope, however, that this was a rare occurrence. More

The service manager, Erik Sandusky, is always available and polite as customers arrive, and my service tech, Colton, diagnoses the situation with my car and ensures the service will be done properly! ************* ONE EXTRA COMMENT FOR THESE TWO... When I recently had damage to the left side of my car, due to the icy road, Erik worked with me on renting a loaner while my car was in the shop for over a week. Awesome!!!!!!! Thanks, Thanks, Erik One morning while traveling up I85, I ran over something in the road. I was concerned when I heard a noise under my car. I stopped over a Bradshaw and asked Colton to just look under there. ( I didnt have an appointment) He not only checked under there, he crawled under my car, worked on something and in a short time had it back to normal. Awesome!!!!! Thanks, Colton More

2016 MDX noisy rear suspension problem I want to compliment both Pete (service advisor), and Jeff (service manger) for the professional manner in which they handled my service issue with th I want to compliment both Pete (service advisor), and Jeff (service manger) for the professional manner in which they handled my service issue with the rear suspension noise. This problem has been identified on many internet sites, where MDX owners have voiced their anger that Acura has not adequately addressed the rear suspension issues. So when my MDX started exhibiting the same type of noise, I naturally dreaded the idea that I would have the same issue of getting the problem corrected. I was very pleased with Pete's response, he immediately asked Jeff to test ride in the MDX. I invited Jeff to ride in the back seat, and he heard the noisy suspension before we even left the parking lot. Jeff informed me to my great relief, that Acura had recently issued, a TSB on the rear shocks, and the dealership had recently successfully replaced them on another MDX under warranty, and was confident that the root cause of the problem had been Identified. Apparently the OEM shocks supplier, product did not meet Acura specs, and as a result experienced early failure. Jeff arranged a loaner MDX for me and indicated the parts would be delivered the next day, and my car would be ready next day. He also called me several times to update me, when the parts arrived and later to give me a estimated time my car would be ready. Outstanding communications! I picked my MDX and no noise, just quiet enjoyment. Plus I no longer had to listen in silence, as my wife complained of noisy $50K car. Priceless! More

There must have been some confusion as to what service we had scheduled as Pete attempted to contact us several times throughout the morning to confirm the service we had scheduled while advising they would not be able service the car until they were able to verify the service we were expecting. Pete was persistent in his efforts to reach us (calling all of the numbers on file) and extremely professional, courteous and genuine in all of the messages left. We finally connected around 10am and our car was serviced to our satisfaction and ready for pick-up by 2pm. We couldn't have asked for a better service professional in Pete, he went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of! Thank you Pete!!! Suggestion: when dropping the keys in the drop-box they go through the slot and land on the floor; I would recommend there is a basket or box of some sort to catch the keys to prevent any possible damage to the key fob. Fortunately we did not experience any damage to the fob however I would expect preventative measures would be taken! More
Bluetooth malfunction I brought my vehicle in without a scheduled appointment after paid for and receiving no satisfaction elsewhere. The problem was handled to my satisfaction at minimal cost and delivered back to me the same day. I have had no repeat problem since. Very satisfied, very impressed with the customer service. More
