He followed up verbal information with e-mails, which allowed me to compare the Acura with other manufacture’s models. After completing through Internet reviews of Cadillac CTS, Audi A4, Lincoln MKZ, Nissan Maxima and the Acura models. My wife and I test-drove the models to compare features, ride and the quality and professionalism of the dealership. This is the single best buying experience I've ever had...and I've never had a "BAD" one. Wayne Butler and I negotiated a sales offer, including trade of my 5 year old RL, over the phone. When I went to the dealer to pick up the car and complete the sales/delivery process, every step was done exceptionally well...The new MDX was spotless and ready for delivery, after just a few minutes, the trade value of my car was confirmed, and the sales contract was exactly as discussed on the phone. Even the "paper work", completed with Scott Grove, was done quickly and professionally. Wayne helped install my phone, demonstrated some of the cars technology, and successfully answered every question I had. He was Professional, Knowledgable, Friendly, and Helpful, and totally dispelled any negative images of the trade in process I might have feared. I have had a very good relationship with Columbia Acura in Cincinnati for about 20 years, and it is clear to me that I've found an Acura dealer in my area that will continue the great experiences I have had purchasing and driving Acuras since 1986. Tino Sullivan is an outstanding salesman. He is very professional and polite. He took the time to listen to what my needs and concerns were and we built a business relationship at that point. I recently purchased a 2009 Acura TL from Bradshaw Acura in Greenville, SC. In the past, when I have purchased a car, it has been an ordeal. A lot of times the salesman is just in it for the sale and not to make sure the customer gets what they want and need. I was overjoyed when I realized that it was not the case at Bradshaw. We were approached soon after we arrived by a salesman with a warm smile and a handshake; instead of the typical “Can I help you with something.” Later, when my husband and I discussed our experience at Bradshaw, we both thought that when we first saw Tino Sullivan at the dealership we knew that he was going to take care of us. He is a very warm and down to earth person who went the extra mile to make sure that we got what we wanted. Tino was an excellent salesman and he provided amazing service. We knew that he was trying to help us in any way he could. We firmly believe that if it would not have been for Tino we would not have purchased the car that day. "A Diamond in the Rough." Bradshaw Acura is # 1 for a reason. Customer service. I first encountered Mr. Wayne Butler in February of '09. I was looking for a manual transmission and he impressed me right away by not directing me to the "pretty automatics" on the lot. He was very knowledgeable and his no pressure sales presence was refreshing. He showed a genuine concern for my many questions and numerous visits to the dealership. Each and every time I was greeted with a handshake and a warm smile. Always assuring me that he would work with me to get the best deal possible. When the time had come for me to purchase my new Acura, not only did Mr. Butler take care with the financial process, being alone he also went above and beyond what I thought was necessary and provided me with a courtesy ride to and from my home so that I may drive away in my newly detailed vehicle. I cannot thank him enough and have spoken highly of him to anyone who would listen. This, my first new car purchase, exceeded by expectations. Bradshaw Acura will be my dealership of choice for any future purchases and I can only hope that I have the pleasure of working with Mr. Wayne Butler yet again. More
I contacted the dealer on-line armed with a knowledge of dealer cost from Edmonds. I got a response the same day with an excellent quote in line with what I learned from Edmonds. No haggling. This is the 4th time that I called upon Wayne to be my sales person at Bradshaw. JJ Jordal cannot be overlooked in this write-up. JJ manages the sales force, and his professionalism and training resonate throughout the organization. My next vehicle will be an Acura from Bradshaw Acura. The service Department at Bradshaw Acura is second to none. Mr. Doug Holiday is always professional, courteous, and prompt. No doubt coordinating so many customers throughout the day is challenging, however Doug seems to accomplish this task with ease. Honda / Acura make fine cars, and I have always been pleased with my vehicles, however, the biggest factors in my continued loyalty to Acura are the great sales and service teams at Bradshaw Acura !
