This is my fourth Acura. That in itself says a lot. We have found the Acura to be flawless, comfortable, dependable. Further, when questions arose after the sale Evan Lindsay was always gracious and patient with the explanation. He maintained the same demeanor after the sale as before. He's there to help. Visited Bradshaw used car lot looking for an '08 Chev Malibu for my daughter.Found one and after a second test drive decided to purchase. We had a certain price we didn't want to go over so Eddie Hunt ou Malibu for my daughter.Found one and after a second test drive decided to purchase. We had a certain price we didn't want to go over so Eddie Hunt our sells person spoke with financing guy & they could not meet the price we needed.Eddie was not pushy & explained that at that time they were uable to offer us the price we needed. Eddie called to offer us a look at another vehicle that had come in, but my daughter was not interested in that make/model.He said OK-no hassle about trying to convince us otherwise.Then a couple of weeks later Eddie called us back again to offer us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. We accepted and needless to say my daughter is a happy first time car owner and still smiling from ear to ear.We were in the dealership close to the close of day but Eddie and the financing guy were patience and pleasant. I have gotten several vehicles from this dealership and each time the service has been really great. The Sales Associate make sure if I have any questions or concerns that he will do what ever is in his po each time the service has been really great. He took the time to explain all the functions and showed me how to use them and that really meant a great deal because I am not a technical person. I wanted to surprise my wife on her 60th birthday with a new car.I met Evan Lindsay who was very friendly and not pushy. He allowed me to take my time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. After driving a 2010 Acura TL, I knew this would be the car for my wife. The whole process of purchasing the car was easy and I was treated fairly with the trade-in. When my wife returned from her out of town trip, the new car was in the garage and to lure her to the garage, I told her I had a problem with her old car. When she went to the garage and saw the bithday banner and her new TL, she was speachless, excited and overwelmed. I don't know how long it will last, but for right now, I am the MAN!! When issues or questions arise after the sale, Wayne has addressed those in a timely manner. Mr. Randy Gullman in service was excellent in assisting me with a service situation. He fully addressed my concerns and made the repairs. What impressed me the most is he wants to do what's right to make the repairs without any possibility of creating an adversarial situation. JJ, Sales Manager, is most professional and courteous. Always makes my wife and I feel welcomed as one of his favorites. More

When we visited Bradshaw Acura we intended to buy an Acura MDX. Tino Sullivan was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful to my wife and I. He offered the lease option as an alternative. Were it not for Tino's suggestion, we would not have the MDX. Leasing is our best solution. Tino spent much time explaining the many MDX options and offered any future assistance we might need.
