Overall the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle and I have purchased many vehicles. The flexiblity ,professionalism and quick response were significanlty better than any other dealer that vehicle and I have purchased many vehicles. This is the third Accura that I have purchased from Bradshaw. Evan Lindsay was very helpful in helping me purchase the last two vehicles and was always courteous, knowlegeable, responsive, and patient Bradshaw. He was aware that my husband wanted the 2014 MDX, and I wanted the 2014 RDX for several reasons, but cost was a big factor. Evan suggested a demo 2013 MDX (black - the color I wanted) and compared costs for me, explained all the safety features and additional add-ons. As it turns out, my husband got what he wanted and I got a luxury vehicle with many additional add-ons that I would not have considered and that allowed me to stay in my budget as well. I would highly recommend Evan, as we have done so in the past, and the other courteous and helpful employees at Accura Bradshaw. When Evan was tied up, he asked Ken Hucker, also very knowlegeable and courteous, to assist us. On the day of purchase, JJ Jerdal expedited the paperwork and Steve Steele was able to make it a quick deal that got me in and out in a short time. Thanks also to JJ, who knew I was on a tight schedule, and Ken Hucker, for transferring my belongings to my new purchase. Everyone there was friendly, courteous, and helpful. More
