Founded in 1988 by Kevin and Brenda Frankman, Frankman Motor Company began as a small, family-operated business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. From its humble origins in a converted two-stall garage, the company has grown into one of the largest independent used car dealerships in the five-state area, serving countless satisfied customers over the years.

1st time buyer at Frankman Motor Co. I have dealt with one dealership for the past 20 plus years. Due to a hail event in which our car was totaled I started searching for used Ford Flex's I have dealt with one dealership for the past 20 plus years. Due to a hail event in which our car was totaled I started searching for used Ford Flex's. Frankman's had a Flex which was competitive in pricing with other like Flexes in a 500 mile radius. Having a past buyer/seller relationship with Jim Swanson made the transition from one dealership to Frankman Motors less stressful. Jim presented a friendly, relaxed demeanor with no pressure to purchase, which I appreciate. The buying process with Jim and the other Frankman staff was smooth and relatively stress free.
