So my wife and I went into Franklin Toyota Statesboro today to purchase a Rav4. Mind you we are repeat customers of this dealership and had all our service work conducted on our previous car there, even today to purchase a Rav4. Mind you we are repeat customers of this dealership and had all our service work conducted on our previous car there, even after we paid it off. We decided to finance through our bank so we wouldn’t have multiple inquiries. We received an excellent rate and decided to use them. So with money in hand we went to Franklin. The salesman at Franklin did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We go inside to start the paperwork when the sales manager informs us we can’t use our bank, but we could finance through them then refinance through our bank when we closed the deal. When we told him that that was the only way we would buy the car he excused himself and went into the back with the salesman. Shortly after the salesman returned and told us the general manager said we couldn’t use our bank. Wow the sales manager couldn’t even come to tell us but sent the salesman. Mind you this isn’t a fly by night bank or an internet only bank, but a well established bank in our community. In today’s market I find this ridiculous. Well Franklin Toyota your not the only dealer around….we will take our money to a dealer that values it’s customers. More
I was just driving through the dealership parking lot. It was raining very hard. The Sienna I eventually purchased is ideal for my needs.....The transaction, conducted through Jeremy, was a very satisfying experience. More
The service department staff was extremely friendly and efficient. I was having a 30k service done and was in and out in less than 2 hours, even with limited staff. Great job! efficient.
