The Best in the Boro! I must say, I absolutely LOVE my new 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. In fact, every day I find more reasons to become attached to my new car. The moment I must say, I absolutely LOVE my new 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. In fact, every day I find more reasons to become attached to my new car. The moment my middle son and I showed up to look at this car, which had just been brought over from another dealership, I knew this was the car for me. It was barely used, with extremely low mileage. It was still covered by the three Jeep warranties. It was not either a stripped-down model of the Cherokee, nor a fully-dressed up version either. I was impressed and pleased with the service and attention I have been received from Statesboro’s Franklin Toyota and Chevrolet dealership from the moment I set foot on their lot. My salesman, Dean, came out to greet us, and listened carefully to what I wanted to do. He didn’t try to “upsell me.” If he had, I would have simply walked away. He listened to my comments attentively. He did not try to bluff me when he didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, he simply found someone at the dealership who did know. The owner, Lehman Franklin came out and introduced himself. I felt as if I were the most important person in the building, not a feeling I’ve experienced at any of the other dealerships ive dealt with. When it came to my trade-in, they searched out a car wholesaler who wanted my car, and were thus able to give me a more than fair trade-in price. I found there were two things I felt should be included with the car before I bought it. They agreed to provide them as I requested, and did just that. They worked me on the financing, and have continued to do so. They’ve contacted me several times to let me know that one of the things I had requested had arrived. Bottom line: I recommend Franklin Chevrolet-Toyota absolutely and without any reservation. I will urge any and all of my friends whom I learn are interested in purchasing another car, be it new or used, to first go to Franklin Chevrolet-Toyota. As to any of my car needs, I know I’ve now found my new home. More

Great New 2019 4Runner experience We started looking for a new 4Runner and talked to all of the dealerships within an hour of our home. Most gave me the same old come on out and see p We started looking for a new 4Runner and talked to all of the dealerships within an hour of our home. Most gave me the same old come on out and see pitch. Rob listened to what I was looking for and actually went to the exact vehicle to make sure it was what I was looking for. So I made the hour drive to the dealership, saw the vehicle and we started talking numbers. They didn't push. We couldn't get exactly where I wanted so I thanked them and went home to keep looking. I didn't get the come back phone calls promising everything under the moon. After talking to another dealer in Savannah, not a good experience at all; I called Rob back and told him I had approved financing from my credit union and wanted to come pick up the truck. They didn't push back because I had financed somewhere else like the other dealer did. I went and bought the truck in under an hour. Rob, Kyle and Rusty took very good care of me and I will be a repeat customer and tell everyone I know to buy their next Toyota from Franklin. The day after the purchase I called the dealership to let the GM know about my great experience. I got a call from Mr. Franklin himself. Go to Franklin! More
