From the time I arrived until the time I left, I was treated like royalty and with the utmost respect. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle; instead Dean helped me explore my options related to my initial interest in a particular model and patiently answered all of my questions. I will definitely continue to work with Franklin Toyota in the future, and refer them to others. More
