I was presented with all the usual extended/enhanced warranty and service packages but was not given the hard sell in any way when I declined them, which I appreciated. This is my second Hyundai purchase at Franklin Sussex, so I'm also familiar with their service department. Most of the time I do my own maintenance, but when I'm feeling lazy (and I have a service coupon), the service department is very good. They'll get you in and out quickly for routine work. More
