I just called today and even though when I called the first time and they took all my info down they could not look up my info because I did not have my Vin number or recall number. What kind of service is this!! Thank god I did not buy my truck from them, that process would probably be painful. The person didn't even try to look up my name. I am going to go someplace else to get my truck fixed. More
