Bought my first F-150 here at Franklin Ford; returned numerous times over the years for tires, all maintenance, etc. When time to replace with a new truck, I found the one I wanted at another dealer in numerous times over the years for tires, all maintenance, etc. When time to replace with a new truck, I found the one I wanted at another dealer in another town further away. 6 months later I had a problem with right rear window would not roll up so I called Franklin Ford, being closer, to see if they could help me. They said bring it in and we'll look at it and see if we can fix it. Since it was about to rain and I was leaving in 1 day for a trip out west I was in a hurry to at least get the window up; in fact, it the door window motor was running constantly trying to roll down. Got there, they looked at it for about 1 minute and said they weren't going to do anything, didn't have the time. When I said I didn't care about fixing it, just get the window up because of the rain and my trip, they refused and said, in a very rude obnoxious manner, "that you should have taken it where you bought it"; so basically they said "F*xx you, you didn't buy it here". I will NEVER go to Franklin Ford again for any reason NOR will I recommend them to anyone. On another note, I took it to a local small body shop later that day where they stopped what they were working on, took the door panel off, disconnected the window motor and manually got the window up to be fixed at a later date. When they removed the door panel the window motor was too hot to touch; had it been left constantly running, it very likely would have caused further damage, even caught fire. No thanks to Franklin Ford. More

Service department (Lovanda/John) provided outstanding service in getting my 2019 F150 cam phasers replaced in record time. I was kept updated on the status, service tech worked on Saturday to complete t service in getting my 2019 F150 cam phasers replaced in record time. I was kept updated on the status, service tech worked on Saturday to complete the work and recognize my truck needed brake routers turned and gave me a fair price for the work, and I’m planning to return to Franklin Ford for my service work.
