I just relocated to the Nashville area. My mom has worked for a CDJR dealership for over 10 years. I have always had my car serviced at her dealership so I was relieved to find a CDJR deale My mom has worked for a CDJR dealership for over 10 years. I have always had my car serviced at her dealership so I was relieved to find a CDJR dealership near my new home. I take good care of my car so regular service is a must for me. I was 100 % satisfied with my most recent experience. I made an appointment for an oil/filter/tore rotation. I made my appointment for first thing in the morning. I was pleased when the dealership had me in/out in under an hour negating the need for a shuttle to my house (although the driver came around and asked is anyone needed him). More

Being a fleet vehicle, Daniella went above & beyond dealing with Element, getting them the information they needed prior to repair, and then handling the billing with them as well. All I had to do was dealing with Element, getting them the information they needed prior to repair, and then handling the billing with them as well. All I had to do was thank them and waive goodbye at pickup. I would highly recommend this dealer. In addition, I was really surprised how quickly they were able to service the vehicle too, as this was not a scheduled maintenance visit, but an emergency breakdown. I needed a rental car during this time, and a rental dealer is literally right across the street. Fantastic experience all the way! More

Michael Bolling was an excellent sales advisor, who facilitated an amazing experience. The inventory on hand at the dealership was awesome and provided several options. However, it was Mike's patienc facilitated an amazing experience. The inventory on hand at the dealership was awesome and provided several options. Service Dept is absolute worthless and knows NOTHING about repairs. My car has been in their service dept 2 in less than 1 year for the same issue (thumping/clumping sound when going over bumps in road about repairs. My car has been in their service dept 2 in less than 1 year for the same issue (thumping/clumping sound when going over bumps in road or speed bumps). Each time the car was there OVER 2 months. The first time they had to send my car to Columbia's service dept to diagnose. The second time they claim to not hear the noise until I come and ride with 2 different techs who each hear the sound. After 2 months, all of a sudden the noise is normal. Why was it not naking this normal noise at time of purchase? Why were they able to correct it once before (or maybe patch up the issue as it seems)? Why am I only hearing the normal noise from the passenger side wheel? Why did the loaner vehicles (Chrysler 300's like I have) not make this normal noise? Service dept of very incompetent and inexperienced idiots. 0 STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! More

Worst experience I've ever had. Was traveling through Tennessee on my way to my home state and my car wouldn't start. Called the closest dealer which was this place. explained my is Was traveling through Tennessee on my way to my home state and my car wouldn't start. Called the closest dealer which was this place. explained my issue and they assured me they could help. I offered to leave my car with them for the day so they had plenty of time to get it done. Turns out a recall needed to be performed (amp was draining the battery). It was a 20 minute recall. 5 hours go by and I get a call at 4pm that they didn't have time to get my car in (still had until 6 o'clock and they already called it a day) So I was stuck in Tennessee for an extra night.. next day comes around and was told my car would be done by noon. It was not. it was not complete until around 4ish. Finally head back home and next day my car wouldn't start again. So I took it to my local dealer and they informed me that the recall was never even performed. I had a Repair order stating it was and it was actually not. All they did was replace the battery and claim it under warranty. My local dealer performed the recall and I have not had an issue since. I spoke to the manager, Seth, and he had no sympathy what so ever. Its been about a month now and nothing was done to make up for my time wasted in Tennessee and for lying about the recall being done even though they said they would make it up to me. They wonder why they have a 3 star rating on google. This is probably why. UPDATE. The General manager and the owner are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of so if you need anything don't bother. Also beware if you fill out your Survey from the manufacturer YOU WILL get a harassing text message from the service manager. And even though they make promises he also admitted that he never planned to follow up on that promise :) More
