Nia could not answer basic questions regarding the features of the car. She was very arrogant, argumentative, and rude to the loan officer and myself. We could hear Nia and other staff speaking negatively about me as the customer. I told her that we could hear, and shared that the owner would not be pleased. She represented the dealership poorly. The customer service at this dealership was terrible!!! More
My wife and I had a bad experience with this dealership and this young lady. We were in the process of purchasing a vehicle. We were at our bank attempting to finalize the deal. Nia was asked to verify some accessories and features about the vehicle, but could not do so. She didn’t have the proper documentation. If I am selling a car, I am supposed to be knowledgeable about the vehicle. She was arrogant, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward my wife. The finance manager Michael, was also very arrogant and could not show reason and documentation for adding various fees and taxes.. I don’t recommend anyone going to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. More

I have no idea how this dealership has anything over a two star ratings. They seem to be the bait and switch dealership in the area. On the website they obviously show a vehicle that is equipped over and two star ratings. They seem to be the bait and switch dealership in the area. On the website they obviously show a vehicle that is equipped over and above any OEM, but keep the MSRP as the price. Smart consumer knows that’s probably not the case, but I was curious. A $48,000 jeep gladiator online Was really $90,000 after all the addition. When asked why they don’t just simply put the price of the vehicle online like everyone else, The answer “ We have a disclaimer” (which I wasn’t able to find). I believe what they are doing is illegal, but not an attorney and would not recommend. On another note, the sales people were very nice! More
I was advised after leaving the car it was the wrong day for service. Came back the following week for service where my car was kept over night and and I was not told by Dalton that it would be kept. I had to call the following morning to ask about the status of my service I was quoted $700 for non warranty repair. I declined to receive the service and took the car for a second opinion where I was advised the $700 repair was not an accurate diagnosis of the problem. A technician removed the service sticker in my window and left an awful mess in my car and finger prints all over my windshield. Not impressed with this service. More

Service good. Kept contact with me just enough. Waiting area is nice - good coffee. Took my jeep in for oil change. They were quick. But, they broke a seal and my Kept contact with me just enough. I wish someone had checked the jeep over before sending me out. But, they did make things right and washed my jeep for the trouble. I do appreciate they took responsibility. I was buying my first Truck and I had A LOT of questions. It took me a long time to figure out exactly what I needed and Michael spent so much time on finding the truck with exactly what i needed. He took me on a bunch of test drives to go over the various choices i was making. In the end I absolutely LOVE my ne RAM 1500 Limited. After I chose the Truck I braced myself for the nightmare 4 hours with the finance department that I'm used to with other dealers. Nope - that was awesome too Lanre had me out of there in just over half an hour. If you are buying a Truck or Jeep I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Cool people who genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. Special shout out to Michael Bolling who made the whole experience a fun education. More
