My wife and I stopped by and looked at a vehicle late on a Saturday evening. Despite it being close to closing time Hallie Edward (our sales person) took her time and went over everything with us without ru a Saturday evening. We had looked at several other dealers and private sellers and the vehicle we bought at this dealership was by far the best deal out there. We bought a used Acura MDX and it looked and ran like it was brand new. We were completely comfortable with our purchase and enjoyed the whole overall experience thanks to Halli. John Lennon (yes that's his real name) in financing was a pleasure to work with as well. We never felt pressured and they were very honest about suggesting what they thought we did or did not need. We would definitely return in the future for another purchase. More
I took my Chrysler to this dealership because check engine light was coming on and had on occasion failed to start until it sat awhile. Explained this to service writer, who was very friendly and profe engine light was coming on and had on occasion failed to start until it sat awhile. Explained this to service writer, who was very friendly and professional, along with info as to how engine was running when it did start. He advised he would call the next day with diagnosis and estimate. His call stated; "water pump is bad and leaking water had shorted out a sensor. also since water pump had to be replaced, I should replace timing belt and fan belt. Approx. cost would be $1250.00" Since I had replaced water pump,timing belt and fan belt 25,000 miles ago, I did not agree with this, especially since it was not leaking water nor was it running hot. I picked up the car, took it to a friend who was friends with a mechanic at another Chrysler dealership. Computer showed my car needed a MAP sensor and nothing more. Car was repaired for $211.25. I retired after 38 years in the automobile business and am familiar with service departments etc., and can't blame the service writer because he only had the info the mechanic gave him. I also left voice mail for the service manager to call, but it has not been returned. I left $111.00 with them for trying to sell me $1000.00 parts and labor I did not need. More

Halli is precious & was wonderful to work with, very informed & eager to help meet my needs. I couldn't have asked for more. I grew up in "MoTown" distrusting used car salesman. I have purchased both new & used cars here in town from other dealerships who never earned my trust & didn't serve me well. (Mr. "Don't You Leave 'Til You See Me's" TV commercials still make me cringe!) This experience could not have been more positive. There are people still doing an honest days work in this industry & this time I found them! Halli--thank you for all your hard work in finding my dream car!! I love it. More
First things first, if you read no further than this sentence then know that you are dealing with a top notch, straight-forward dealership. Everyone (including myself) has preconceived notions about wh sentence then know that you are dealing with a top notch, straight-forward dealership. Everyone (including myself) has preconceived notions about what buying a car off a lot - new or used - is actually like. We imagine high pressure sales people, gimmicks, add-ons and duplicity. I encountered none of this at Jeep of Franklin. I originally visited their lot because I was interested in a lease promotion that was being offered by Jeep. I test drove one of their vehicles out of an impressive inventory of Jeeps and immediately found the vehicle I was interested in. As with all lease promotions, the advertised price was for the absolute base-model and the model that I test drove was a step above. Naturally, this increased the price but when I explained the importance of meeting my pre-determined price point I was able to walk with the better equipped vehicle for the price point I had originally set. Naturally, this involved some back and forth but I was impressed that Ted Jones, the sales consultant, was patient rather than dismissive and that the sales manager, Jeff, even called me during off hours to discuss. In the end, I walked out of the dealership - buying, not leasing - a new Jeep that still met my budget. I honestly can't say enough good things about these folks and my experience. I will not only recommend Jeep of Franklin to my friends but I will also likely buy my next vehicle from them now. When/if you read this review keep in mind that I am a 100% authentic buyer. If you doubt the sincerity of this review I will notify Ted that he can use me as a reference. When you get to the dealership feel free to ask Ted for my name and phone number and I will be happy to verify everything that I have posted. Didn't plan to buy but it was too easy. Ted walked thru the lot with us and my wife found exactly what we needed. Never had a luxury truck before, my friends really like my Laramie and thought the price w the lot with us and my wife found exactly what we needed. I would return to this dealership solely based on our salesperson, David Hardy. He was kind, funny and friendly.
