My wife and I were sitting in one of the hallways at this dealership. We made the mistake of sitting in front of the Service Managers office. We overheard him scolding an employee for something. This manager was loud and using all of the 4 letter words he knew in his small vocabulary. The employee told him basically to take the job and shove it since he was not able to do anything correctly. I own 3 Chrysler vehicles and let me tell you never again will one of these go here to be serviced. If I was that employee I would have punched that foul mouthed manager in his face. This guy is a disgrace to Chrysler. More

First off let me say we have never ever met a better salesman than Andy Biddle!!! He is the absolute BEST! Don't try working with anyone but him! We had an issue with the we Sales Manager that runs all the numbers, and both Andy and the owner did an excellent job of correcting his mistake and making it right. We worked with Steve Parker regarding the vehicle we wanted & purchased. His laid back, informative, non aggressive approach to sales is a welcomed trait that some salesman do not have, and was a factor in deciding to work with him & the dealership. He was very responsive via phone & email. The finance team was helpful, worked with us to get the deal we wanted & not just the deal they wanted to give us. I understand that everyone has different experiences with sale people, finance people, & auto dealerships, but for us we can’t complain. I will add updates on the future service I receive regarding car detailing, oil changes, etc…as I suspect it will be like the good service we received during the sales process. Despite it being close to closing time Hallie Edward (our sales person) took her time and went over everything with us without ru a Saturday evening. We had looked at several other dealers and private sellers and the vehicle we bought at this dealership was by far the best deal out there. We bought a used Acura MDX and it looked and ran like it was brand new. We were completely comfortable with our purchase and enjoyed the whole overall experience thanks to Halli. John Lennon (yes that's his real name) in financing was a pleasure to work with as well. We never felt pressured and they were very honest about suggesting what they thought we did or did not need. We would definitely return in the future for another purchase. More

First things first, if you read no further than this sentence then know that you are dealing with a top notch, straight-forward dealership. Everyone (including myself) has preconceived notions about wh sentence then know that you are dealing with a top notch, straight-forward dealership. Everyone (including myself) has preconceived notions about what buying a car off a lot - new or used - is actually like. We imagine high pressure sales people, gimmicks, add-ons and duplicity. I encountered none of this at Jeep of Franklin. I originally visited their lot because I was interested in a lease promotion that was being offered by Jeep. I test drove one of their vehicles out of an impressive inventory of Jeeps and immediately found the vehicle I was interested in. As with all lease promotions, the advertised price was for the absolute base-model and the model that I test drove was a step above. Naturally, this increased the price but when I explained the importance of meeting my pre-determined price point I was able to walk with the better equipped vehicle for the price point I had originally set. Naturally, this involved some back and forth but I was impressed that Ted Jones, the sales consultant, was patient rather than dismissive and that the sales manager, Jeff, even called me during off hours to discuss. In the end, I walked out of the dealership - buying, not leasing - a new Jeep that still met my budget. I honestly can't say enough good things about these folks and my experience. I will not only recommend Jeep of Franklin to my friends but I will also likely buy my next vehicle from them now. When/if you read this review keep in mind that I am a 100% authentic buyer. If you doubt the sincerity of this review I will notify Ted that he can use me as a reference.
