ASK FOR JAMES CAMPBELL BY NAME!! Now, once I received my 2017 Cadillac XT5 I had lots of problems. Franklin Cadillac tried hard to fix them. I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 from them. Now, once I received my 2017 Cadillac XT5 I had lots of problems. Franklin Cadillac tried hard to fix them. I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 from them. I had to return it 6 times in a 2 week period. I think it is fixed now, but I am not 100% sure yet. I spent about 2 weeks, M-F, going to the service department everyday. James Campbell is a great service advisor. It would be nice if he had more authority to approve solutions to problems. One thing I totally disagree with is the Cadillac loaner program at Franklin. I believe the loaner you receive should be comparable to the car you are dropping off. In other words, I shouldn't get a 2015 Chev Tahoe, if I am dropping off a 2017 Brand New Cadillac. I would recommend getting service here, but if your problem isn't fixed in a couple tries, maybe you should look elsewhere. I am a STRONG BELEIVER of "FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME". To end with a positive note, James Campbell truly cares and will work hard to keep you informed on what the techs are doing to your car. So, if you decide to come in, ask for James Campbell. He didn't manufacturer your car and he is not a tech, but he does his job 110% to the fullest. More
