I had a scheduled service appointment today at 12:00 PM for my 2025 Sierra Denali and arrived early, dropping the vehicle off at 11:45 AM. What was supposed to be a routine visit has turned into a very fru for my 2025 Sierra Denali and arrived early, dropping the vehicle off at 11:45 AM. What was supposed to be a routine visit has turned into a very frustrating experience. The cameras stopped functioning due to what the system indicated was a required software update. Since dropping it off I have requested a status update three separate times. Each time, the service advisor, Jason Hadden, responded that he “needed to get an update,” yet no proactive communication or resolution followed. I have now been sitting here for over three hours with no clear explanation, timeline, or sense of urgency. My time is valuable, and this experience demonstrates a complete lack of respect for it. This is especially disappointing given that I purchased the vehicle here and expected a much higher level of service, particularly for a Denali. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, and it will be the first and last time I bring my vehicle here for service. Overall, this experience has been unacceptable and ridiculous. More

Took my truck to Franklin Collision for an insurance repair my truck had been damaged in the hurricane so the paint on my truck was chipped and scratched all over the truck, when I picked up my truck my repair my truck had been damaged in the hurricane so the paint on my truck was chipped and scratched all over the truck, when I picked up my truck my truck has only been partially repaired the painting that was done to the truck looked great but the job was not complete there are still numerous scratches and paint Nicks on my truck they were merely buffed and not painted. There was a detailed list or rather invoice sent of what all was done to my truck and I do not feel that half of the stuff was done. So no I'm not satisfied with the repairs to the paint on my truck performed here. More

For buying cars this place was great, for service I have a huge issue with my experience as I have brought my truck in 7 times in less than a year for a low coolant issue. Friendly people but they also are not great on contacting and support as I was told someone would call me back after they talked about and here I am almost a week later, no phone call. I hate posting this kind of revue, as I have bought several vehicles form them and my dad more so. At this point not sure how to handle it, as going somewhere else after spending all that money there seems wrong. More
