For buying cars this place was great, for service I have a huge issue with my experience as I have brought my truck in 7 times in less than a year for a low coolant issue. I have paid for numerous parts an a huge issue with my experience as I have brought my truck in 7 times in less than a year for a low coolant issue. I have paid for numerous parts and pieces and still get the same error, had similar experiences with same issue with warning with other parts that have to be brought back. Friendly people but they also are not great on contacting and support as I was told someone would call me back after they talked about and here I am almost a week later, no phone call. I hate posting this kind of revue, as I have bought several vehicles form them and my dad more so. At this point not sure how to handle it, as going somewhere else after spending all that money there seems wrong. More

Liars! I bought a Used 2019 Expedition from them. They have a 7 day return policy. The check engine light came on, on the 6th night. I called and messa I bought a Used 2019 Expedition from them. They have a 7 day return policy. The check engine light came on, on the 6th night. I called and messaged them to see where they wanted me to take the car for repairs and they wouldn't call me back. I finally just dropped it off at my local dealership and the catalytic converter is bad, $3300! Now they are refusing to pay to repair the suv and won't take it back, even though I was in the 7 day window that is from their contract! Don't buy from them! They are crooked thieves! More
