So it’s been a very long time since I have had to go to a car dealership. I thought that I would never be able to get a car myself but Frankie’s auto sales made it a smooth process. Filled out application for credit, I was honest about everything. They knew the downpayment I had to work with and my income information. Got a call from them telling me to come in and they could put me everything. They knew the downpayment I had to work with and my income information. The thing that REALLY bothers me to no end is after the lenders they tried to use ran my credit, my credit score went down 129 points. So, my advice to you is put a limit on how many checks they can do. More

Frankie's definitely is the best used car dealship I've ever done business with. I have bought 4 cars from them over the years. Between him and the office staff I got a great deal all 4 times. I bought a RAV4 and 2 months later the front right caliper went out. I called them and they said bring it in. They replaced it, gave me 2 new rotors and two new brake shoes all at no charge. They stand by their sales. I highly recommen Frankies if you are looking for a great deal on a used car. The staff is great and if you should ever need service their service dept. is excellent. So go see Avery and get the car your looking for at a great price. I wouldnt think of going any place else for a dependable worry free used vehicle. More
