My boyfriend, an all time Cadillac lover, and I got our second Cadillac, a CTS-V Coupe from Frankel Cadillac. I must say, that contrary to what I was used to seeing at other Dealers, the salesman, Krisiti second Cadillac, a CTS-V Coupe from Frankel Cadillac. I must say, that contrary to what I was used to seeing at other Dealers, the salesman, Krisitin Utz, was very easygoing and professional. While showing the cars she didn’t insist or pressure us in any way. She kindly described all the options we had and made it impossible not to by this wonderful car. My boyfriend was amazed at Kristin’s knowledge about this model and spent a lot of time sharing her views and getting useful tips from her. Personally, I came out very satisfied with the deal and feeling we got five star service. On top of that, the next day Kristin called to check on our car and make sure we were enjoying it! I would definitely recommend Frankel Cadillac to anyone and everyone. More
It's always a labor intensive experience shopping for a new car. I try to be prepared what I want before I go, but inevitably I see all the new gadgets, bells and whistles and can never make up my mind. new car. Add to that the pressure you normally feel at a car dealership. Even when they are not trying to pressure you, I always feel like they are. Well, what a nice surprise in dealing with Mr. Bob Sobczak. Not only is he friendly, but he made me feel comfortable while explaining all the new offerings since I last bought a car. He was very professional and made me feel as if it was his mission that day to find me the car I needed to best suit me. I am very happy with my car, and although I haven't used customer service yet, if it is anything like the service I received in buying my car, I know I will be well taken care of. Thank you so much Mr Sobczak.... I will be back to this dealership when I trade again. More

I recently purchased a new car for my daughter’s 21st birthday here and let me just say how pleased the whole experience. Customer service was top notch! One thing I absolutely hate about buying cars is how pushy the salesmen usually are. They are always trying to make a quick sale and never seem to genuinely want to help you find a car that suits your needs. I remember that day I had been wandering around a few dealerships with my daughter and husband and being completely irritated that almost all of the places we had gone were trying to pressure us into buying a car and nothing more. When we came to Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac, we had expected the same thing. Much to our surprise, Charlie was the complete opposite of what we expected. He was professional, patient, courteous and most importantly, did not pressure us to make a decision. We did not buy a car that day but when we went home and we discussed it, we had reached the conclusion to buy from Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac. So while we did not buy a car that day, we went back the next day and Charlie was there to help us! Other dealers can learn a two from Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac. If you think that pressuring your customers to buy is the best way to go, you may only get a few sales if you’re lucky but you will not get return customers! And of course, if the salesmen are professional and courteous, it makes your potential client even more inclined to buy. No one wants to buy from someone who’s pushy but we do appreciate the people who give us our space to think and try not to rush us! It's a no brainer that my family and I recommend this awesome dealer! More

We brought my 87 year old aunt in to lease a new Cadillac. Our sales person Paul Z could not have been nicer. How nice was he? I could tell that his years of being a professional car salesman came through loud and clear. He handled my aunt and all her questions like a skilled doctor taking care of a patient. He made the whole leasing experience pain free. He KNEW exactly how to handle a senior customer. His approach from beginning to end was just what my aunt expected a leasing experience at Cadillac should be. Paul’s customer service was the overriding factor behind getting the leased car from Frankel. The price was secondary to my aunt. By the end of the day, my aunt wanted to lease a car from Paul...at whatever price! In this day and age, it was pure joy to walk into a car dealer and have someone as professional, kind, honest and hard working as Mr. Paul Z! More
I have purchased many new cars in the past thirty years and I don't think I'm alone in saying that the experiences were never particularly pleasant. The idea of "doing the same dance" with a dealer's sales and I don't think I'm alone in saying that the experiences were never particularly pleasant. The idea of "doing the same dance" with a dealer's sales staff each time I wanted a new car I equated to someting like a dental appointment. But I must say that my experience with Frankel Cadillac was extremely professional from beginning to end. I first asked for information on a 2011 CTS on their internet website. Within a short amount of time , I was contacted in order to make an appointment. I went to the Hunt Valley dealership the next day and was then introduced to Paul. From the beginning, I never felt pressured to buy and was shown a couple of models I was interested in. One of the most difficult parts in these transactions for me has always been the price vs. trade-in values, and after little negotiation Paul really put together a package I could live with. I ended up going home with a CTS with all the options I was looking for that day. To date, Paul has set up all the operational features for me, and has been there if I had any questions. I must admit that this purchase was one of the most pleasant new car buying experiences that I've ever have had. More
I recently purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX from Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac. This was the first new car I had purchased in many years, and I was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received. The salesman Jim Holt was courteous and professional, without being pushy, and the sales manager Mark Kelley was equally as polite and professional. I would definitely buy another car from these guys, and I highly recommend them to anyone. More
