I am just speechless right now. When i visited the service department and may I include that one of the service techs were very rude to one of my family members. I was told that I was going to be charged $65 an hour for them to figure out what is wrong with the car and could not tell me if it was covered until problem was found. Had mechanic to look at spark plugs and wires and as I stated before there is oil around the plug of the cylinder that is misfiring. Im not a mechanic or anything but i know oil leaking from where it is not suppose to is not a good sign. When I asked for a carfax I was given some other off brand history dont know if it was oficial or not. Just need reliable transportation I dont care if its a 1995 hooptie as long as its not breaking down every 2 weeks. Please help Im frustrated and really cant do without a car right now, I refuse to pay 328.00 a month for something that I cant drive. Yall can have it and sell it to someone that can afford to repair a car every month. I will be calling you on Tuesday morning to see what options I have.
