My name is Tracy Myers and I am the owner of Frank Myers Auto Maxx. Please allow me to sincerely apologize to you for the bad experience you had at my store. While we strive to make everyone happy, we obviously failed where you were concerned. I have closely reviewed what happened with my Sales Manager and it seems that there was a misunderstanding. After backtracking and looking into our computer system, it seems as if there was a malfunction and the wrong paperwork was printed for every customer that came in that day. That is why you were presented the option for thousands down or a co-signer. This is embarrasing, to say the least. At this point I know that it doesn't matter. I simply wanted to clarify and to apologize. I have also spoken to the salesperson you worked with regarding what happened. He admitted that he handled your situation wrong by trying to "pre-qualify" you and he has been firmly disciplined according to my strict company policy on superior customer service. Please know that I do not advocate doing business that way and will not tolerate it for any reason. In closing, if you were to choose a dealership over ours I would recommend the Chevy store. They are a great dealership, do a really good job. I know the family who owns it. The one thing that they told you that I would like to clarify is that we do not have "our own bank". I'm not sure where they got that information but it is inaccurate. They are the ones that have their own bank with GMAC and that's how they offer the 0% APR. I will call their sales manager today to make sure they understand. I appreciate you sharing that with me so I can correct it. Could I ask how you would have liked for us to handle this differently? What would have made you happy that was in our control? If you are ever up my way then I would encourage you to stop in to say hello. I would like to meet you in person and possibly bend your ear on how to make this a better place to shop for a car. Sincerely, Tracy Myers

As far as the finance company is concerned, I will personally speak with them regarding the way you were treated by them. I'll also gladly assist you with expediting your refund through them if you wish. Simply let me know. Your finance terms (interest rate, term, etc) are all controlled by the finance company. I wish I had more control over that end. However, I will express your unhappiness with those things as well.
