However, based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at my dealership. Please allow me to sincerely apologize to you and your family for the bad experience you had at my store. While we strive to make everyone happy, we obviously failed where you were concerned. I have spoken to my Service Director, my General Sales Manager and the salesperson you spoke with regarding what happened. They admitted that they handled your situation wrong.
