I've known Tracy for a few years and like doing business with people I know. When we suddenly and unexpectedly found ourselves needing a new car, I sent a tweet out to Tracy that I was coming to tr business with people I know. Tracy helped figure out what would be best for our family and went the extra step of sending Eddie with the car he thought would work best out to us the next day. Eddie was knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Once he gathered the information that he needed, he returned to the dealership and Keith took over. If you take out the day that we were unavailable to deal with our car situation, it took less than 24 hours to choose a car and drive home. The follow up has also been great - I've never bought a car and received a thank you note. It's a simple act that carries a lot of weight. Tracy and his team go well beyond the extra mile to give you a smooth experience and I will definitely use them for our next couple of car purchases that are coming up. More

My experience at Frank Myers Auto Maxx was great!!! I went there looking for an Altima but came home with a Sonata. I LOVE IT!!!! Credit is horrible due to an ugly divorce. Frank Myers put me in a very nice car..after running my credit, I was given a price rage.
