I have known and worked with the Myers family since 1996. Tracy and Frank have never been anything but above board to the best of my knowledge. They try to treat clients the best they can. When you buy a used car, it is a used machine, so some things wear out, but the guys at FMAS do their best to take care of people. I would know. Over the years in auto finance, I financed thousands of cars from NC to CA, and have known dealers from the best to the absolute snakiest. FMAS ranks at the top. In fact, when I shopped for my last car, I checked their inventory. I know they will take care of me. More

I wanted to publically thank Bud, Jennifer, Keith and Jason at Frank Myers Auto Maxx for their diligence in helping me get a new car. I was difficult to deal with but they never seemed to get frustrated Jason at Frank Myers Auto Maxx for their diligence in helping me get a new car. I was difficult to deal with but they never seemed to get frustrated with me. They made it easy by saying everything in easy to understand words, being patient with me even though I was indecisive and showing me cars that would work for me instead of trying to stick me in something I didn't want. My neighbors are all jealous of my new Yukon but they are just haters and I LOVE it! I have no plans to ever buy another car anywhere else. More
We contacted FrankMyersAutoMaxx about a car we saw on line and were invited to visit the lot so they could provide us with more information about this car. We arrived in about an hour. They did not have the car we had been invited to see. We test drove a car. I expressed my concern over trading my Buick since it had new Michelins, new wiper blades and a brand new battery. After some discussion we were encouraged to "take it on home with you" even though the financing had not been worked out. We took the 2010Hyundai home leaving our car as a trade IF the payments could be agreed upon. We were told they "couldn't expect us to buy the car if they couldn't get the payment we were comfortable with". The next day we were contacted and asked to wait another day to come back and sign the paperwork due to computer trouble. I asked several questions during that call including if the car was an Elantra Blue? GLS? SE? The salesman couldn't answer me. When we returned to sign the papers, the payment and interest rate were way too high. We were encouraged again to "take it on home with you and see if you can get it financed". "If we can't agree, I couldn't expect you to buy it" said the salesman again. When we tried to get it financed the salesman couldn't tell us what type of Elantra it was. Finally, they sent our lender a fax. The car was over priced $2,600 and we shared this w/the salesman. He said he "didn't know anything about that". We decided to return the Hyundai and retrieve our Buick! Enough is enough! When I took it back the salesman had drawn up papers with the price adjusted and offered to "try and get more money for the Buick" (from a customer with an insurance check from totaling his car) to sweeten our deal! I said no thank you and left. When I got home we looked under the hood to find they had taken my brand new battery and replaced it with a well used battery. I called the salesman and he agreed to replace my battery even though he couldn't imagine what had happened. When I arrived the salesman called the Service Mgr and instructed me to pull my Buick over to the service area. The Service Mgr told the service employee to replace the battery remarking "I don't know why we are having to do this". When they finished he tossed my keys across the counter and said "here". I told him I had to come back to get a battery because someone there had stolen my battery. He said "mam, the battery in your car doesn't look like it has ever been taken out" I questioned what he said and he said "I refuse to comment" but he already had. I would NEVER send ANYONE to FrankMyersAutoMaxx for any reason. I informed the owner by email that evening without using names. The salesmen in question called me! they asked me to tell them what was wrong but talked over me the whole time. The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. NEVER AGAIN! More

Bud went above and beyond the call to get me in a vehicle that would be safe for my kids and within my price range. I only went to look and ended up in my dream van. After all is said and done I don't have to cringe at the though of taking my kids somewhere and praying that my other van wouldn't break down. With the service I received I've had a smile on my face for almost two weeks now. My husband is very pleased with how happy Bud made me. I'm not easy to please most times. Great service and great place to buy a car. Everyone was nice. Fun atmosphere. Low pressure. A little crowded but they were very busy. They need more space if they are that busy all the time.
