On our first night in to test drive the vehicles, Wayne was very helpful in getting us test drives of 2 different Fit's. Wayne discussed the various options on the instrument panel. We did not commit to a purchase on our first visit and Wayne was not pushy about us not purchasing. We told him that we would visit another dealership and he did not try to prevent us from doing that. We were very impressed with this action. Couple of days later we decided to buy from Leta only with a preferance on a color that wasn't on the lot. I received a call from Wayne asking for a 2nd color preferance and I told him the 2nd color preferance is the same as the first. Once he knew we were set on that color we didn't hear from him till he had obtained the color we desired. The only small problems with the deal was, we were not asked to come in prior to closing to complete a finance application and I hate being forced to make a decision regarding the extended warrenty. I don't like spending $2,000 without thinking it over for more than 5 minutes. I understand the reasonning for this, but I still don't like it. Overall we were happy with our purchase experiance at Leta and after 2 days of driving it I know I made the right decision. More

I went to this dealership because of their low internet price. Only to find that their prices were higher on accessories. After I made a deal, put a deposit on my credit card, my salesman, Curt, called to price. Only to find that their prices were higher on accessories. Several times he would tell me he was going to call me back in 10 minutes and it would be the next day when he called me back. When we decided to go elsewhere because of their unethical tactics he told me that they were the only dealership that had this vehicle. He didn't even have the vehicle in his inventory. I prefer to do business with people that are honest and treat me with respect. I would HIGHLY recommend Bommarito Honda. No games, honest fair pricing. After talking with family and friends I learned that I'm not the only person to be treated with these tactics at Frank Leta. More
