My visit was prompted by a letter offering $0/$0/$0 lease options along with a free iPad2 if Frank Leta purchased my car. The finance team treated me like I was a 3rd grader ... they lowballed the offer on options along with a free iPad2 if Frank Leta purchased my car. The finance team treated me like I was a 3rd grader ... they lowballed the offer on my trade-in by over $3K (even after I showed them the kbb.com value) and then they tried to use the free iPad2 as a negotiation tool on the price of the new car. Needless to say, I was insulted and will take my business elsewhere. More

This is the first time I bought a car (a certified CIvic) from a dealer and I couldn't be happier. Here's what I liked about Frank Leta Honda: -Professional -Knowledgable (Bill has worked on the mech from a dealer and I couldn't be happier. Here's what I liked about Frank Leta Honda: -Professional -Knowledgable (Bill has worked on the mechanic side) -Willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase (Joe put the car up on the lift so I could check out the brakes) -Fair deal on my trade-in -Worked with me on the price without the usual good/cop bad cop games -Hooked up my Bluetooth and showed me the navigation system -Detailed my new car really well and helped me move my things over -Free car washes (with vacuuming)! -Treated me like the serious car buyer I am This last point is very important. I made the rounds of the Honda dealers in the area and this team was the ONLY one that really respected me as a woman car buyer. I had a salesman at another dealer ask my age and call me a "smart girl." Needless to say, I walked out of there as fast as possible. I only spend my hard-earned money at places I respect (whether they are big box stores or car dealerships). I would gladly buy another car from Frank Leta Honda, and I'm even looking forward to coming in for oil changes and car washes. Don't let the drive out deter you. This is the ONLY place I would buy a car in St. Louis. Thanks all! More

None of this takes into consideration the poor design, lack of performance, and low quality of the 2012 model year Honda. More

I arrived, I drove the car, and I went inside to close the chapter. However, it seems they changed the price of the vehicle before meet me inside in their offices. The webpage was saying in that moment that the price was $11,990. The price was totally different a couple of hours ago though. My conclusion was they were playing with me changing the price. I told them my story but they told me they were not responsible for the price in the webpage and what other salesperson called Kevin (he wasn´t working at that moment there, or that is what they told me) told me before in our conversations. After 10 minutes, my salesperson arrived an offered me the car for $8,100, but I would have to do right at that moment in cash. What the hell? So, are they now willing to lower the price of the car for $4,000?? What did they really want? Not lower the price above $8,100? In that case, they just need to tell you through the phone, and we all can avoid lose our time. I was totally pissed of this place, and if that is the way they usually make business, I would not recommend this place to any of my friends. More
Very satisfied with this dealership. Dean is very friendly and willing to show me the car that I want. After I decided to buy that car, the finance step was very fast and easy. Furthermore, Dean also helped me choose the right insurance plan. Just leased a Honda Odyssey EX-L. For a busy person, it was such an easy experience. Was given a great price over the phone as was able to come up with really favorable lease terms. Pretty much all of the paperwork was done when my wife and I got out there (except for a few items that we hadn't provided them previously). We weren't kept sitting around waiting to get everything done. We were seemlessly passed to someone else to finalize the deal and sign all of the paperwork. Within a short period of time we were getting an overview of the car and it's features; and, then we we were on our way! This was such a great experience and probably the best car buying or leasing experience that either of us have ever had. More
