I went there for a oil changed on 7/16/12 , Paul as my service advisor and techician 535. and on the honda multi point vehicle inspection checklist. they said I need to change the battery, I decided not service advisor and techician 535. and on the honda multi point vehicle inspection checklist. they said I need to change the battery, I decided not to do it at that day since i have to go somewhere else. a couple day later I got a phone call and a coupons that basically mentioned that my car required immediate attention since the battery is dying. and finally I went there to change my battery yesterday. I mentioned that I have Honda battery and it still under warranty. Dave (service advisor) asked me for the receipt. one hours later, He told me that my car is done. He told me that I don't have to change the battery. I asked him why on my last service you told me to change the battery ? I showed him the last paper work. He said since the battery is under warranty, he can't change the battery since the test is marginal???. so I wondering why you told me to change the battery ? and call me mentioned that i have to change it? if the battery out of warranty you will change it ?? anyway I just waste 1 and half hours my time there. plus I have to pay $43 for oil change that I didn't request it. I got my car from Frank Leta. After few months, a foul smell started coming from my AC. I took my car to service repair and they said its because of dirty air filter and asked me to replace air filter. Th smell started coming from my AC. I took my car to service repair and they said its because of dirty air filter and asked me to replace air filter. They also sprayed some cheap febreez-like liquid to make it smell better. The smell didnt go after replacing air-filter. So I went again to them and asked them to look at it. They said, it is smell of mold and this time it requires some deep cleaning of the air duct etc etc. and it will cost me $200+. Oh I did have all sorts of warranty on this vehicle. Infact I even paid like 2500 extra for extended warranty. Unfortunately according to Frank Leta employees this problem is not covered under any warranty. I agreed to pay because I wanted to get rid of the smell. I said charge me any amount, keep the car as long as u want but fix the damn problem. Unfortunately, it didnt help either and for 2 days I had to smell some cheap cleaning liquid which gave me intense headache and allergies. I tried calling them after that and the receptionist would transfer me and no one would pick up. I tried for few days and eventually I gave up. I promise, I will never ever buy any vehicle from Frank Leta becoz of the unprofessionalism their staff shows. More

Both Gordon Martin and Michael Ozanic assured my husband and I we were going to drive away in a car we loved and they were totally right. We came to them with very poor credit and I could not believe they found us a lender who would work with us. We were also impressed by how quickly the paper work was processed. I will refer anyone I know looking to buy a new or used car to Frank Leta and to Gordon Martin. The business manager, Michael Ozanic was professional yet so understanding of our credit situation, he told us exactly how to improve our credit by making payments on time and returning in 2yrs to possibly upgrade our car and lower our interest rate and that was very reassuring. I can't say enough about how comfortable the staff made our family feel while we were there. We have found our dealership for life and its Frank Leta Honda. More

I purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. The service was 1st class. I have been looking for a year and visited this dealership twice. Each time was a good experience and my salesperson,Nate was service was 1st class. I have been looking for a year and visited this dealership twice. Worst Car buying experience I have ever had. Car was not delieverd to me. Had to go back 7 times after buying car because of screw ups on paperwork. I purchased a new vehicle at this dealership on 1-6-2012. I signed up for the extended warranties, but when I read through the paperwork at home later, I decided I did not want the extra coverage. (There were too many items not covered, and/or the wording was very vague.) I visited the dealership on Jan 28th, well within the first 30 days of the warranty, to request a cancellation. I signed a document and was told it would be cancelled. Today is March 30th and, according to the warranty services company, the dealership has not notified them of my cancellation. I am talking $2540 here. I have visited the dealership twice and have contacted them numerous times. THEY DON'T CALL BACK!!!!!! I finally received one returned call from the sales manager followed up by an email from the dealership on March 5th stating that the warranties were cancelled as of January 28th. I decided to follow up with the warranty company on March 27th, found out the contract has not been cancelled, and was told by a customer service rep. that it was an easy task simply involving a message via computer. I called Frank Leta that day and asked for a MANAGER. The person who took the call wrote a detailed message and said she would give it to a manager. NO ONE CALLED BACK!!!!! I checked with the warranty company today--they still have not been notified!!!! I am going to the dealership for the third time now!!!!!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
