No Hassle Purchase Experience On Friday June 6th, 2014 I went to Frank Leta to trade in our older vehicle on a new Civic EX. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building an On Friday June 6th, 2014 I went to Frank Leta to trade in our older vehicle on a new Civic EX. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building and was introduced to Chris Saxe. Chris was friendly and courteous. Chris immediately located a new Civic EX Coupe in Black which was my color choice. He immediately offered to explain all the features of the Civic. I ordinarily say "no, I can figure it out" but this vehicle is loaded with really cool features and I allowed him to bring me up to speed which he did. Chris knew all of the features and pointed them out as well as demonstrated them. I then went for a test drive and returned having enjoyed the great ride and surprisingly powerful responsive engine for a vehicle that gets 38 mpg. While I was on the test drive, they were busy appraising my trade. That was completed fairly quickly and then we sat down to do the negotiation part. While this part of the process was handled professionally and expeditiously, it was a fairly familiar process with several back and forth trips by Chris until we could agree on a number. Chris summarized it all out on paper and although I did not get as much as I hoped for on our trade, they had already given me "True Car" price on the Civic and our trade was not perfect, I feel we got a fair trade on our old vehicle. Then it was off to financing which went quickly and smoothly thanks to Brandon. So, to summarize my experience: Straight forward, professional and relatively painless. More

I have purchased Accords over the last 30 years (average over 14 years ownership for each), so I trusted Honda from the start. On a Saturday evening, one hour before closing at Frank Leta, I met Chris who quickly provided me with details of their stock based on my exact specifications. I eventually went with the Touring version. During the entire experience, Chris was low-pressure and asked questions regarding my expectations and needs. Once he understood I had done the research, he focused my on the Accord models that would meet my requirements and provided me with an excellent overview of features. We then quickly agreed to a price based on my pre-determined pricing research through CR. Again, Chris honored every promise and quickly worked with his team to get my car ready for the road. Less than three hours after walking into Frank Leta's showroom, I walked out of the door and into my new 2014 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Touring edition sedan. All expectations regarding the quality of the staff and workmanship of Honda were exceeded. Thanks to Chris and his team for making this happen. I am certain that most other dealers would have prolonged my stay with high-pressure sales gimmicks and add-on nonsense. Once I made clear what I wanted, Chris made everything happen.
