Do NOT Do Business with Frank Leta My overall experience at Frank Leta was terrible. This was my first experience purchasing a car so I have nothing to compare but I can compare to oth My overall experience at Frank Leta was terrible. This was my first experience purchasing a car so I have nothing to compare but I can compare to other customer service exchanges. Frank Leta’s customer service is terrible – the worst customer service I had ever experienced anywhere. Being a first time car buyer, I was not prepared for the tricks and games Frank Leta played on me. We agreed on a BOTTOM DOLLAR price – I was at least smart enough to ask several times if the agreed upon amount was the bottom dollar amount, they said it was. When I came back to pick up the car they slapped on $3500 of extra warranties. Warranties no human could ever take advantage of because the requirements you had to meet were ridiculous. The process to remove the warranties was the biggest headache of my life. Once I drove off the lot with my Honda, Frank Leta was DONE with me. I called for weeks without a call back before I finally had to call the CFO and even then it took months to get the warranties removed from my loan. Months where I paid interest on the money Frank Leta should have taken off 3 months before it was done. I could write page after page on the terrible customer service I received but the bottom line is, I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FRANK LETA HONDA!! Not if you are a first time or a 500th time car buyer. McDonald’s has better customer service. And yes, I learned my lesson. A) Never ever do business with Frank Leta and B) Ask 500 extra questions than your original 100 so you can be 500% sure you are not getting fooled. I feel Frank Leta had more than enough opportunities to right their wrongs with my car purchase. They CHOSE not to and only when I threatened to get Honda Motor Company involved did they even consider giving my money back. The money, that according to the contract, was rightfully mine if I cancelled within 30 days – I tried to cancel within 2 (I just was unable to get ahold of anyone until about day 17). More
Bought a Used Honda Element I had a great experience with Salesperson Chris Saxe. He was professional and easy to work with. Always trying to get the best car matched up with our needs. In the end the Honda Element was a perfect fit. Closed the deal in a couple of hours and picked the car up the next morning. It was great. I have bought 3 other Honda from other dealers and Frank Leta is by far my favorite. I highly recommend them. More
extremely poor customer service I cancelled my extended service contract within a week of purchasing a new car. The sale rep told me it would not very easy to cancel and the full ref I cancelled my extended service contract within a week of purchasing a new car. The sale rep told me it would not very easy to cancel and the full refund will be returned to the same credit card I used to pay as long as I cancel within 30 days. It has been two months since I cancel it! They still have not refunded me, and the person (Mr. Williams) in charge of this does not respond to my inquiries about when the refund will be made. I complained twice, and the online rep from their website also took my information last week and said someone will get back to me. Still no answer. Will complain to Honda's headquarter about this dealer next week and dispute the credit card charges. Their sales reps also will not respond to your questions after you buy the car. I guess they are all focused on getting the money from customers. The car is great, no question about it. But avoid this dealer at all cost. More

The finance rep was also friendly and very good to work with. We also had need to work with the Parts department and that proved to be a good experience, as well. I was informed that it was being tested by another customer, so I asked that someone from the dealership call me to let me know if the car had been sold. I didn't get a call, so I drove out to the dealership to find that the car had been sold to another customer. I spent the next 3 hours with a salesman who constantly tried to strong arm me into buying a much more expensive car, and since I had already given them my contact information, I was harassed for the following month. I purchased a vehicle with another dealership and, upon informing the salesman who routinely called me, he spent 20 minutes insulting my character and implying that I had no sense of loyalty. More

The sales person I worked with was really nice, she gave me time, she did not call/email me repeatedly like the other Honda dealerships did, she understood me and she knew I wasn't ready to buy the car. After 1 month, I went back to Frank-Leta and sealed the deal. Obviously the price was a major deciding factor for me to choose Frank Leta, but I kept going back to Frank Leta because of their service too. More
