Not honest I went for safety/emissions inspection for my car. During which they found middle brake light has burned out. It needs to be replaced. Then also infor I went for safety/emissions inspection for my car. During which they found middle brake light has burned out. It needs to be replaced. Then also informed that it would cost around 120 dollars including labor and bulb, it would take more than hour to replace bulb because mechanic will have to open entire back assembly to replace bulb. I asked them to replace it. Then I looked up how to replace it myself and found to be 1 min job(pull, turn, replace). I asked them to immediately stop replacing bulb, but was informed that job was already done, though they just got my approval. But when i went to look by myself, was informed that it was not done yet. and returned my car. I disapprove of their dishonest way of doing business. This establishment does not deserve your trust. More

Mixed Review Walked into Frank Leta with financing in hand and objective of obtaining fair and reasonable deal on purchase of new CR-V. We had an excellent experi Walked into Frank Leta with financing in hand and objective of obtaining fair and reasonable deal on purchase of new CR-V. We had an excellent experience with Chris S. who went above and beyond to answer our questions. Shared with Chris our expectations based on research and obtained a price that fit within these expectations. Would be a five star review if we could have just signed over our financing and walked out the door. Instead we were antagonized and belittled by the finance team because we wanted to use our own financing and not allow them to run the financing through their channels. Further strong-arm tactics used when we declined the warranty and maintenance add-ons. Bottom line is 5 stars for Chris S. and 0 stars for the finance team. Overall not the best start to a relationship, but hopefully the balance of the team at Frank Leta are like Chris and our long term relationship is better. More

Nonetheless, I can report that I am happy with the purchase and very happy with my experience. I can say that I was pleased with the considerate and welcoming nature of Denise Davis who the voice and face of Leta to me. Then came the professional, witty and dialed in to customer needs Donna Capriglione who was my sales consultant, and finally there was the quietly confident and professional of Brandon Mueller of the Finance Team. If anyone wants to know if they will be treated well and receive an honest sales transaction, then I say go to Leta. You will be well served indeed. More
