My experience at Frank Leta Honda was truly top tier from start to finish. The space was spotless and thoughtfully set up to create a great customer experience. My sales associate, Cody, was exceptional. He was easy to talk to, incredibly patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. One thing that really stood out was the way he took the time to visually explain the difference between buying and leasing…something that can feel overwhelming. He broke it down in a way that actually made sense, and I never once felt pressured. Instead, it genuinely felt like he had my best interests in mind. There was none of the typical sales pitch energy that can make car buying stressful, which I truly appreciated. Cody also went above and beyond by moving a vehicle indoors so I could look it over comfortably despite the freezing temperatures and high winds. He made sure I fully understood the deal and then walked me through the vehicle so I felt confident using everything before leaving. I also want to recognize Tito and Ray in the finance department. They made that part of the process incredibly smooth, taking the time to explain each form clearly and walking me through everything step by step. Their attention to detail was impressive. Overall, this was unlike any car-buying experience I’ve had before. I never felt rushed or treated like just another number. I don't normally brag about my experience with a car salesman BUT I must in this scenario! David at Frank Leta treated my daughter and I like we were his family. We knew what we were looking for and told him ahead of time and he had the car ready for us to test drive. He took his time explaining all of the safety features to my daughter who is a young adult before she even left the parking lot. He made sure she got what she desired for her trade in and didn't take advantage of us, we told him what the Kelly Blue Book said and what we wanted and BOOM he made it happen. He was sweet, fast with delivery, and so detailed in every step of the process I know we will return to this dealership and buy again from David! Matt the sales manager was his side kick and helped us along the way so I don't want to leave him out of this review because he listened to us and showed empathy to our situation and really bent over backwards to make the deal happen. We could have bought our Honda anywhere in STL but they really stepped up and we appreciate both of them! We were in and out in less than 2 hours with a brand new car and could not have done it without these guys. THANK YOU!!!! More
Avoid this dealership! !! This is my second car I’ve bought from this dealership and will be the last. There were certain details that were extremely important that w !! Our sales staff talked about the details, found us a car that they said would fit those needs, and we made an agreement to purchase. Once we were contractual tied to purchasing the car, the details that were important to us all of the sudden change. Sales Management was able to listen to our phone calls and read the texts and confirmed to us that the sales staff made a mistake and their inattention caused the details to slip through. Management apologized and offered peanuts(free oil change) to rectify the situation. It was a pretty big mess up and management complained to me that they couldn’t do anything else for me because they didn’t want to lose money on the sale. Oookay. Day comes that our car is ready. We communicate that we have little kids so likely going to get a baby sitter. We understand it’ll take time but don’t need to sit around all day. Staff has us set up an appointment saying that’s the best way to go or finance may be busy with other customers. No problem. Get there and the car has a broken part - not the dealerships fault, manufacture error. They agree to order a part to replace it for free. Great! Next step was working with finance and our appointment. We waited almost 2 hours after our appointment time until finally being met. No clue what even the purpose of the appointment was since it didn’t matter to them. Other customers were complaining loudly about all of us sitting around and them wasting our time. We meet finance and tell them we are a bit frustrated and have a baby sitter so let’s get moving and be time aware. We declined all the extra warranties, we didn’t feel they fit our needs and with how everything else was going - it was a no. Thought we were all done and set… nope, next had to wait for management to come in. They come in and wanted us to tell them why we didn’t add on any additional warranties aka $$$$. They said no one ever does that, people always get warranties so want to know why. He tries to sell it again, but finally takes no for an answer. 3 hours after the initial appointment, we finally leave with our car. Icing on the cake is the part they promised to replace took them 4+ weeks to do so because they forgot to order it. There’s that Frank Leta customer support they try to sell you on. After all of this, it is clear this dealership does not care about their customers and they are only after your money. More

Charged over $700 for refurbished alternator plus labor of course. (Total was over $1100) Found it at 3 legit part stores for average of $350.
