This dealership is a big joke they use bait and switch tactics to lure customers into their dealership with false advertising and misleading information. I have been lied to multiple times about being app tactics to lure customers into their dealership with false advertising and misleading information. I have been lied to multiple times about being approved for financing a vehicle from them and other dealership in the Frank Leta franchise. I was told by a salesman to get out of the dealership and stop wasting his time . Also have had my credit report randomly run multiple times without my signature or consent the most recent time was back in November of 2024. The manager just ignored me. Drove 1 and 1/2 hours to get the car. Fred was very nice and made sure that I was going home with the car I wanted. I got there around noon and I was home by 4:00pm. I had a terrible experience from start to finish with this place. My salesperson, Fred, told me he'd get me a certain amount for my trade in and no down payment, then when it came time to negotiate, he this place. My salesperson, Fred, told me he'd get me a certain amount for my trade in and no down payment, then when it came time to negotiate, he came back and said I'd have to put down thousands of dollars and was giving me WAY less than what he originally said. Next, I got the run around with the finance person. They kept asking me for more and more information. When I finally got the deal signed, it was weeks later. Fast forward to nearly two months later and I am getting a notice from the credit union where I had the loan for my trade in. They're telling me my loan isn't paid off yet. When I called the credit union, I found out they have no record of Leta calling for a payoff quote or having received a check for payoff from them. This is TWO MONTHS AFTER MY SALE!!!! Who does this? Totally unprofessional. I had to leave work early several times just to get this deal closed because they'd set up a date for me to sign but wouldn't have the paperwork done. I will never return to this dealership and would warn anyone thinking about using them. Awful experience. More
