Prompt and professional I took my TLX in for its inaugural oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted promptly, all work that was to be done was explained to me, and directe I took my TLX in for its inaugural oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted promptly, all work that was to be done was explained to me, and directed to the comfortable waiting area. I intentionally scheduled my visit during the noon hour, and had brought my lunch to eat while I waited. I had just enough time to finish eating before my car was ready. Oh, and my car was washed and shiny when I picked it up. Great experience! More

The lady I spoke with was VERY difficult When I called Acura of Springfield service department I was transfered to what was obviously a call center. The lady I spoke with was VERY difficult to understand. It was clear she had a script to follow and she was very determined to follow it. Making the service appointment was an awful experience. Tyler, in the service department, was great. The service was perfect and on time. I had to deduct some stars for the scheduling experience. More
