EXCELLENT customer assistance on our purchase. Wade McCamey bent over backwards to satisfy our needs. He stayed over two hours to finish our purchase. Finance Director, Mr. Drew was informative and treated us with respect and tried to help us get into the RDX. We owned a 2002 MDX for 8 years and used this dealership for all our repairs and everyone has always treated us with respect and fairness. And, I feel that is one of the main reasons we came back to this dealership. More

Even though the repair cost were very substantial (several thousands), and close to the total value of the whole car itself with 230,000 miles and 13 Even though the repair cost were very substantial (several thousands), and close to the total value of the whole car itself with 230,000 miles and 13 years old, it had to be done to put a great car back in action, and the service team was very helpful and got things done in a short time that NO other auto repair company within 200 miles + (that I could find) could do, and with the expertise that they demonstrated this time and in the past. Thanks to ALL the team that worked on my MDX to get it back on the road and made it possible for me to brag about my Acura to everybody! The service crew really took care of me and I really appreciate it! That's one reason that I keep driving 180 miles to come back all the time. (and the loaner car was the cherry on top!) These aspects set you apart from the crowd of auto companies that that claim quality but fall way short. As soon a s I am ready for the next car I will be back with no hesitation. I hope that you make sure to pass on this letter to the ALL service team so they know how much their work means! Some may suspect they are just looking for ways to make more money per visit, but I don't believe that for a minute. When they recommend services, it's for your benefit.My MDX has over 200k miles on it, I would attribute it's longevity to having it serviced regularly and only at an authorized Acura dealer. The vehicle drives as good today as it did the day we bought. Granted we have spent almost as much servicing it as we paid (used purchase price) for the vehicle, but it has been well worth it. Everyone at Springfield Acura has been extremely helpful, they always go the extra mile. I like the service department so much, I just purchased a used Acura for my son to take to college so he too can see what it's like to be part of the Acura family versus just another Honda owner. More

I tried to buy a used certified vehicle from this dealer. Was quoted a firm price via email from a sales manager and had a good old bait and switch pulled on me...quoted price was not honored. I have purchased 6 new Acura's from Acura of Springfield over the years and they have been incredible. They always provide high quality service and I can depend on them to go the extra mile. About 4 years ago I owned a new TL and the battery died for some odd reason. I was at a meeting all the way on the other side of town. Their service staff drove over to the car and resolved the issue. When I went to leave the meeting, the car was working with no issues. There will always been issues with things in life. I chose Acura of Springfield because I don't want to have to worry about my car. I want to get in and drive. They give me that confidence. Thanks guys. More
