New purchase Our assistant manager, Wade McCamey, is someone we recommend you ask for by name. He genuinely listened to our needs and wants, presented 2 well-thou Our assistant manager, Wade McCamey, is someone we recommend you ask for by name. He genuinely listened to our needs and wants, presented 2 well-thought-out options, allowed us extended test-drives to evaluate all the features offered, answered all our questions, gave honest opinions when requested, made the complicated new technologic advances easy to understand and demonstrated them during and after the test-drives. Then, allowed us time to think things over, make a decision, and prepared our chosen vehicle (even helped wash/clean it himself to help support staff finish by the end of their day) so we were able to drive away with our new RDX feeling confident in our decision. He also spent a good 1/2 hour after that to explain the technology package and loaded our cell phone data so it could be used that evening. Really the best experience we've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Was actually difficult not wanting to buy both vehicles he had us drive. It was very helpful that he rode with us to explain things as we experienced technological advances we weren't previously familiar with. He also made us comfortable with the dealership taking care of us going forward by giving us a tour of the facility and answering our questions. He has set the bar high, so it will be difficult even visiting another dealership to expect the same experience. Knew his stuff, but did more listening than advising, which is always appreciated and a sign of respecting his clients and knowing how big a decision this is for a family or couple. We definitely have a sense we will be well taken care-of throughout the ownership experience with our new vehicle. Thank you, Wade! More

ok experience I've become somewhat disenchanted with this dealership as of late. I've been buying cars from them for close to 20 years. They used to remember me and always treated me as though I was a valued customer. Lately there just seems to be total indifference towards me as a customer. the employees are friendly enough but I guess too many of the old employees are gone for them to really seem to care. I do, however, love the vehicles. More

Brakes are important Our 3d string vehicle, not an Acura, needed a safety inspection. Since we are long-time customers of this dealership, we asked if they would accommoda Our 3d string vehicle, not an Acura, needed a safety inspection. Since we are long-time customers of this dealership, we asked if they would accommodate, which they were willing to do. Alas, as the vehicle was pulled in, a main brake line rusted through. The service department repaired three leaking lines plus another item it needed to pass the inspection. A $12 inspection became very expensive but I feel I would have paid the same at any reputable garage plus I have the assurance of technicians who have always done work on our Acuras. More
