If I had wanted, the entire process could have been done in 5 minutes, however, I chose to get a cup of coffee and review the new models on the sales floor. These people are the service leader in the Springfield, and the main reason we have driven Acura's since 1992. More

Easy to schedule and complete service My job has me traveling regularly and it can be a challenge to get my car in for service as far as my time. Well worth the drive I bypassed my local Acura dealer and worked with Lucas, Christina and Wade instead - 2 hrs from my home. SOLD! I had a 2006 Acura RSX Type S that we were trying to sell and were having very little luck doing so. I was trying to save a few bucks by not getting I had a 2006 Acura RSX Type S that we were trying to sell and were having very little luck doing so. I was trying to save a few bucks by not getting it detailed first. So I did my own detail, the outside turned out pretty good, it was the inside that didn't really look as good as it could of. After many people looking at the car and then not buying because they said it was a "little rough" I took it into Springfield Acura for a interior detail and exterior hand wash. I picked the car up at 5:30 yesterday and sold it at 6:30 to the first people that looked at it! The detail shop did such a great job, it looked brand new again, the new owners are happy, we're happy. Thank you guys, I wish I new the detailer's name(s) so we can thank them personally. Your attention to detail and the pride you take in your work truly shows. The 100 bucks we ever spent. More

purchase a vehicle some dead time waiting when nothing was happening--I had asked to meet 1/2 hour before opening, sales rep there, but no one else.
