My wife and I had been shopping around all day and for the first time all day we actually felt comfortable and not pressured. We were able to look around and the whole process was just profession and stress free. I have to thank Christina and the other sales staff for not breathing down our necks unlike a lot of the other dealers around Springfield. More

I usually ignore these but then you start with the relentless stalking phone calls while I'm swampwd at the office working. Can I opt out of these please? Sorry to say, honestly it's rather infuriating truth be told. If we have an issue with something, we'll let you know, otherwise, we would like these surveys to end please, is that possible? Oil change Nice to have car washed while i waited and loved the cafe. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Lounge very comfortable. Best oil change experience. The Good, The Bad, The....good again Well i had my oil changed and got an applique fixed and tires rotated. (Good job). Nose piece isnt fixed (scratch thats needs fixed that was on there Well i had my oil changed and got an applique fixed and tires rotated. (Good job). Nose piece isnt fixed (scratch thats needs fixed that was on there when i bought the car) (not so good job...yet) HOWEVER they are workin on it. This is second trip back to get some scratches fixed (i live 1.5 hours away) and they buffed it but it was not totally fixed and they had it for 9 hours total while i went to meetings ouf of town. so it needs a new piece which they said on my next trip they will fix (another 1.5 hours each way) but if it gets fixed next time ill b happy. The service guys were nice and professional and they offered me beverages and food when i got back, and loaned me a loaner vehicle and reimbursed me for gas. It was a comfortable environment and i do believe that they tried to fix the scratches however it was pry to badly damaged and needed repainted or in my case a new piece painted to match. Overall their service and environment was great but i was disappointed that i have to make another trip but if they get it fixed then ill be happy, im a patient person and am understanding but for a car thats only got 6k in miles i want it to look great. And if they say they can fix it then i want it fixed well. Definately a better experience this time. My car was returned to me in a clean and tidy condition. As always Kenny Gibson was very nice and professional and his manager was nice and professional as well and I feel like Kenny really cares and isnt jus there for a paycheck. He really goes to bat for a customet. Great job Kenny Gibson. More

Service with Acura is the best! I started coming to Acura for their service department, when I owned a Lexus. After years of being treated with cold indifference at Lexus, it was so I started coming to Acura for their service department, when I owned a Lexus. After years of being treated with cold indifference at Lexus, it was so nice to be greeted by friendly employees who treated me as nicely as they did their Acura clients. Everyone here goes out of their way to be exceptionally cordial and helpful. I was so impressed with their level of commitment of excellence to their customers that I bought a new MDX in March and love it. More
