Nice people. Good service. The recall repair on our MDX was a very pleasant experience. Kenny was polite and had our paperwork laying on the counter as we walked in for the noon The recall repair on our MDX was a very pleasant experience. He then led us to the complimentary lounge, where we were offered (and accepted) a freshly made panini. Salesman Rick was courteous and made our visit a pleasure. Service is always pleasant and take care of all issues to the best of their ability. Waiting room(s) are clean and comfortable, and the coffee, sandwiches, smoothies, etc. are a great perk! My kids ask to go with me to have the vehicle serviced (when is the last time you heard that about a dealership!)
