This may sound crazy, but I actually look forward to visiting this dealership for service. The Service Department has alway been very professional, courteous and clear as to what maintenance is recommended and how much it will cost. We learned from our first Acura, a 2001 MDX, that routine maintenance has been a key to its' longevity (now with over 200,000 miles). The customer waiting area is First Class with a full service snack bar (complimentary drinks & food) and a warm, inviting lounge (with two big screen TV's, Wifi and a nice variety of reading materials). It's a great place to relax and chill out while you're waiting for your car. No need for a loaner. More

Very efficient I was in a hurry and they had me checked in and in a loaner (which was a lovely car) in 5 min. The waiting room is comfortable, and the customer service representative checked frequently on those of us waiting to ask if we needed anything. After my car was ready, the desk person went over all the points of what was done. Another good experience. More
