Excellent service My husband and I had the best experience yet with buying a new car. Our sales person was very low pressure, very knowledgeable and very patient with My husband and I had the best experience yet with buying a new car. Our sales person was very low pressure, very knowledgeable and very patient with my husband and I (and kids). After purchasing the car, he took time to show us how everything in the car worked. He took his time and didn't rush us even though he stayed late to make sure we knew how everything in the car worked. Wade was great to work with. We love our new car! More
Maintenance Service The battery on our MDX all of a sudden would not hold charge. I made a call to the dealership and they were able to schedule me in right away and rep The battery on our MDX all of a sudden would not hold charge. I made a call to the dealership and they were able to schedule me in right away and replaced the battery for us. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that even though they replaced the battery, none of our radio, seat, instrument, navigation settings were lost and there was no charge for the battery or service! More

He then ask us if there was anything else to do for the car, since we did have a appointment. we ask for a car wash and a light shine, no problem and off we went to the waiting room. The ladies from the food area came and ask is there anything we wanted plus told us about the fresh cookies , what else could you ask for!!!! Then Kenny came up and told us us the problem with the brakes, the way he explained it was so very professional, (HE KNOWS HIS JOB) well we gotten finished and in good time plus we had no hungry pangs HA HA.!!! want to thank Kenny and the staff at the food area, they did a very good job.Plus the men who worked on our car, we beleive in the company and will come back whenever we need excelant work done!!!!! More

Short of 5 star because of record keeping miscue All staff are helpful and friendly, facilities are clean and pleasant. My MDX was purchased from Jay Wolfe of KC. I was promised free oil changes at t All staff are helpful and friendly, facilities are clean and pleasant. My MDX was purchased from Jay Wolfe of KC. I was promised free oil changes at the time of the sale. My wife brought the car in for service this past week and once again, (2nd occurrence) the service staff has no record of this promise in their files. I explained to the person helping me on our first visit that free oil changes was part of our deal and was told that it would be added to our file for future reference. Unfortunately my wife was placed in the uncomfortable position of convincing the service staff that we expect our oil changes to be complimentary. It would be very nice to not have to explain this at every service visit. Thank you, Darin Vanater More
