IMPORTANT Finance department was horrible, they are cheating people. When I sent documents, they wanted more documents, they don't even know what kind of documents they need but keep asking new documents. I sent 5 different documents in different days, still I am not sure whether my finance is approved or not. I will never recommend Frank Hyundai to my friends, family and colleagues. I wish I went directly to Kearny Mesa Hyundai. More

The finance lady Sasha was friendly, helpful and made it a smooth and quick signing process. Omar, the salesman was friendly and not pushy. Overall, the customer service was great. The only downside was the battery in my new car was dead so I had to go back to the dealership the next morning and get a new battery. Omar was helpful and got me rental car so i could go to my nephew's playoff game while the car was in servicing. I picked up my care later that day with a new batter, overall it was a professional experience. More
